La reforma del piso espectacular, sacando provecho al maximo del espacio, la decoración del piso perfecta, moderna, de líneas minimalistas. Un 10. Las camas muy cómodas, y las habitaciones con baño incluido muy bien también

Demasiadas escaleras (se distribuye en 3 plantas). Creo que este dato era importante mencionarlo desde la descripción del inmueble. En las fotos se ve algo de escaleras, pero no los diferentes tramos distribuidos en tres pisos de escaleras que pueden llegar a condicionar la estancia. Solo habia dos sillas en el interior. El sofá es muy bonito, de diseño, pero incomodo por ser de respaldo bajo. y respecto al trato, la dueña del piso no se había dado cuenta que desde agosto habíamos ampliado nuestra reserva a una persona más y es que desde mayo le habíamos escrito a ella desde la app de booking y no se había dado cuenta..... asi que lo modificamos con el servicio al cliente de booking, que supuestamente se puso en contacto con el alojamiento. Sin embargo quien nos hizo la entrega de llaves, Jose, Pinheiro, fue muy agradable. Para mí falto un poco de seguimiento para hacernos sentir cuidados y conseguir fidelizarnos, pero supongo que eso es debido a la política de servicio que sigue la empresa

It was a good location close to the station and so easy to get the metro and mainline station too. We loved the the little balcony and it was lovely and cool in the evening. Having bathroom en suite was great . The ac was very efficient so we kept nice and cool at night. The mattress in the top room was a bit hard but the other mattress was very comfortable. Everything was spotless.

An information pack would have been useful to know about supermarkets and restaurants close by.

the apartments(!) were pleasant and beautiful. The furnitures are well-equipped. Easy access to metro and train.

Welcome and organization is worst. I informed them through the booking system that I would log in at 5 pm and they approved. But, there was no one when we went there, and how to get into the apartment instructions did not come beforehand. The key holder's password was not sent beforehand. I wrote through booking messaging but no answer. I called half an hour later. With a little wait, the key holder password was sent. There were two keys and two apartments. I asked which one is ours, no answer. We randomly settled on one as they were both the same. Two days later the company told that we were in the wrong apartment and had to move to the next one. We packed our belongings at the time they said and went to the next apartment, but we found ourselves in an incredibly dirty and messy apartment that had not been cleaned. Beds are messy, rubbish around and beer cans etc. We had to sit at the table in the house for 2 hours and wai for cleaning. We have been constructive in all that has happened so far, but at that time we showed reactions. An hour later two cleaners came and cleaned the house. The owners apologized, they said we are gifting you a bottle of wine etc (they just said). Despite so much negativity, they did not even come and apologize, or even sent a sorry message. It was an unhappy moments for us. I had reserved this apartment because its rating was 9.4 on booking.com. the company and organization do not deserve such a point.
