Location is the best - less than 50 m to Campania metro, 100 m bus (Flixbus/Rede Espressos) station walking under metro and train lines and 75 m to train station.
Seamless entry with easy instructions sent a day prior. Easy to find the property (given roadworks on most direct route) walking only an extra 30 m to get to front entry on paved walkway.
Self contained apartment was wonderful for size, cleanliness, sufficient cutlery, crockery, utensils, stove, microwave, fridge and freezer. There is a 2 seat dining table, a sofa and a tv on wall in bedroom. Nice large shower in bathroom.
New reverse cycle air conditioner in kitchen/dining area.
Nataniel was easily contactable and communicative initially on booking,com and then via What’s App and offered help if I needed it.
Will definitely stay when next in Porto if bed mattress can be softer! Obrigada
Beds - very hard! I confirmed it was ok to use bedding from other single bed to soften mattress from second night (slept a Little better). Suggestion would be to put in wardrobe where linen Supplies are stored, a mattress topper to soften for clients who do not lik a hard mattress.
TV in bedroom - connections remain in kitchen above dining table. I would have preferred tv to remain there, whilst watching during breakfast or dinner.
Please a Recycling bin in kitchen under sink for empty egg cartons, plastic containers etc - help guests help the planet!

Easy to locate and easy to enter the apartment.I like the fact that as soon as you walk into the building, it smells fresh and clean. Well equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom.Very welcome host.
Everything was good no complaints.

Very closed to the station and all means of transportation, the kitchen was very well furnished, bathroom very comfortable and Aircon was great.
Unfortunately the bed was not clean, there were quite few hairs in the sheets, and generally there was a bit of smell of dust.
Also, the ceiling/flooring is very thin, so very often in the night we were awakened by the upstairs guest moving.
Lastly, the front door was not closing properly, so all people who entered had to slam it very hard, which was very loud for us being the the apartment next to the entrance.
