After arrival someone came over to the room to welcome me and give me some tips and instructions for the check out. The person was very friendly. The appartment was small but with all the necessary things for a 2 night stay. The terrace was a great ad-on to enjoy the summer sun.

I communicated with someone from the property the whole time and they let me understand that someone was going to meet me at the property to hand over the keys. Once there there was nobody and after texting again I got the door code to enter the building. The keys of the room where in a key lock. They would have made my stay more pleasant and less stressfull if they would have sent this information in advance. The tiles in the bathroom were collecting water underneath, so every step in the bathroom will splash water out of them. That was not very nice.

La posizione, vicinissima alle stazioni della metro Heroismo e 24 Agosto, a due minuti a piedi dal Lidl. La pulizia dell'appartamento, la cortesia dello staff e la facilità di comunicazione. L'angolo cucina ben attrezzato.

La ubicación es perfecta, el alojamiento super comodo y completo y el chico que nos atendió super amable y atento. Un 10! Y que acepten mascotas es un punto muy a favor.

Good location close to 2 metro stations and local shops

Arrival process was rushed. Had to ask for towels.
