Convenient location near a metro station. Great communication with the host! I collected the key to the apartment from a lockbox on the entry floor of the building. There are seven units. Mine was clean, stylish and fresh looking. There was a washing machine (but not a dish washer). The open kitchen was nice. The bed was comfy. There was an AC unit that I really appreciated! Would definitely book again.
Soundproofing on the door to the stairwell was not too great.

We stayed in the apartment number 2 in the first floor. The apartment was nice, the kitchen equipped with everything we needed, as we do cook almost every day. The bed was comfy and the communication with the hosts excellent from the beginning. The location is quite covenient, walking distance from the center but in a quite neighborhood, with super markets and cafes close by.
The apartment was generally clean but there were some spots that needed more attention. There are moldy black spots in between the shower tiles that could easily be removed with specific cleaning products and some more effort. The humidity in the room was quite high. We try to ventilate almost all the time while we were there but it can get a bit stuffy. An air dehumidifier would greatly help with this issue.

Apartment was clean and beautiful, location was good. The host left a gift for us. Bed was comfortable, a lot of good pillows.
Sound of the water pump, which was pumping the water up the building was atrocious. In the night it sounded like someone was drilling the wall. If you have lighter sleep, this apartment is not for you. There were 3 doors separating us from the pump, but we could still hear it.
