Muy bonito y bien cuidado. Electrodomésticos nuevos y de buena calidad. Todo nuevo.
La ubicación, es complicado llegar a ella hay que entrar por una calle que luego deja de estar asfaltada, la localizamos por las fotografías. No tuvimos ningún problema pero da la sensación de ser una zona poco segura. Sobre el apartamento, no funcionaba la ducha del baño de arriba y la terraza de arriba que es la que tiene las vistas y sale en las fotos no estaba montada.

Chaves encontra-se numa caixa com código que lhes dão o acesso ao código antes da sua chegada.
Localização é boa , mas um pouco barulhenta devido a linha de metro muito próxima. Estacionamento perto da propriedade, mas não está descrito onde podemos estacionar, pois havia outros carros de vizinhanças também. Mobília moderna, mas pouco cuidada. Lençóis da cama um pouco usados.

Very close to a very busy train track. The trains were very loud and very close to the apartment.
