The flat has a very nice view on the Douro. The city center is reachable in 5 minutes by car. The flat is very clean and well equipped. We would book it again.

The back patio was in need of attention. It had so much potential. However, given the weeds, graffiti, mold and dead plants, I feel comfortable saying that it was lacking... The bathroom shower had tons of mold. Maybe just spray some mold remover on the grout?
The 2 bed, 2 bath configuration was nice. We also liked having the garage for our rental car. It was hot during our stay and the fans helped. However, it did not feel safe enough to keep the windows open at night for some much needed air.
Just outside the city, we enjoyed the location. Overall, it could be great but due to lack of attention, it was just okay.
Advice to the owners would be to clean things up.
