The facility was a relatively small guest house rather than a large hotel. We received excellent service directly from the owners. It was located in a predominantly residential neighborhood with several neighborhood-oriented restaurants nearby.

We could have avoided the $90 cab ride if the property had emphasized that they were located near a railway stop for the train between Zurich and Engelberg. It was our fault but not the owners, but they could have highlighted their convenience to public transportation.

Wonderful stay at the Sternen Hotel

Continental breakfast was very good with many options Staff Very welcoming especially Sophi and Susanne. Bedroom was beautifully decorated….the bed was extremely comfortable with quality bedding. The en-suite was fabulous. The whole room was spotlessly clean… The hotel is within ten minutes walk of the beautiful lake Lucerne….. Bus route and local supermarket are two minutes away.. Loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel

There was no towel only realised once I got out of the shower so used bath mat, the paving stones were wet at entrance I slipped and split my toe open

A huge room with an awesome view of the Swiss mountains

The stuff was too much friendly. The room was big enough along with a huge bed. Perfect for two person. The room came with an open tarrace. from there you can enjoy the awesome view of Swiss mountains

There was no good ventilation of the room also there was no air conditioner in the room. It was tough for us to sleep during the night due to the high temperature at night.

One night stay for a trek

We were very well received and the room was clean. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent too!

The beds were a little too hard and the blankets too thick for temperatures above seasonal averages.

Tolles Hotel direkt an der Autobahn kurz vor dem Gotthardtunnel

Superleckeres Frühstück tolle Zimmer wir waren auf unserer Durchreise nach Italien eine Nacht dort es war super angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider haben wir keinen Platz beim Abendessen bekommen.

Sehr familiär und gemütlich. Die Besitzer haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und das Bett gut. Wir haben im Restaurant zu Abend gegessen. Absolut zu empfehlen

Es war sehr unkomliziert bei der Anmeldung,wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden.Ein schmuckes Zimmer,sauber,bequemes Bett und sehr ruhig.Ein sehr leckeres Frühstück,es hatte alles was es braucht.Im Restaurant isst man sehr,sehr gut.Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend,freundlich und kompetent.

Jederzeit wieder

Wir haben bereits das 2. Mal hier übernachtet auf unserer Reise zum Gardasee , nettes Hotel , super freundliche Besitzer und Personal, tolles Frühstück mit leckerem Brot, Käse, Marmelade etc. Und super leckere Speisen zum Abendessen. Wir kommen wieder, alles sehr zu empfehlen

Zeer gedateerd. Geen lift dus drie trappen op met de koffer. Geen airco. Ronduit afgetrapt balkon met kippengaas. Ontbijt zeer karig. Eitje met zelfgemaakte mutsje. Voor €276 voor één nacht. Schandalig.

Paysages à couper le souffle.

L’accueil était chaleureux et nous y avons très bien mangé des repas typiques suisses. L’endroit est vieillot mais très propre. Le stationnement est gratuit et disponible. Petit déjeuner inclus et de qualité.

La chambre de 5m2 était trop petite pour un adulte. Il n’y a pas de rideaux opaques donc très tôt le matin il fait clair dans la chambre. Un peu difficile de se faire comprendre en anglais ou en français.
