Comfortable, clean, very pleasant stay in a quiet neighbourhood near ISIPCA.
The place is extremely clean, comfortable, well-designed and super cute! As of July 2023, it is brand new. Everything I needed was there - towels, dishwasher, dish soap, toilet paper, kitchen towels, tea, coffee, mini fridge, etc. The host was very accommodating. He let me use his washing machine in the cellar and provided me other items upon request. The caretaker of the place cooked me good food for dinner on requested days for a small fee (I was busy with perfume school so this helped a lot). The place is only 10min walk from ISIPCA which was great! It is in a secured quiet neighbourhood.
Nothing I didn’t like but might be an inconvenience to others - it was about 25min walk to Rive Droite train station which doesn’t bother me at all as I enjoyed walking. It is close to bus station if you prefer that. There’s one good restaurant nearby but it is a bit of walk to other restaurants and convenience stores. I hear footsteps of people upstairs sometimes but I got used to it.

Es war wieder einmal ein gelungener Besuch in Paris.
Die Lage war sowohl für einen Besuch im Schloss Versailles als auch um nach Paris rein zu fahren super. Die Bahnhof und der wirklich traumhafte Lebensmittelmarkt waren zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Wetter hätte besser sein können ;-) Aber das hatte der Vermieter nicht zu verantworten.

Très bien équipé. Situation parfaite, au calme. Très grande douche. Très belle cuisine bien équipée. La personne qui nous a accueillis était très sympathique
Il faudrait une notice pour le sèche-serviettes de la salle d’eaux. 1 seul jeu de clé était pour nous un gros inconvénient et nous a gêné car je n’étais pas avec mon mari dans la journée.
