Beautiful peaceful location and very friendly host. Tea/coffee and milk was very much appreciated. Loved sitting looking out at the view.

Not so much a criticism but it is about a 20/25 min walk into town along a busy road if you have a dog with you. Just to make people aware.

The perfect retreat to escape fom the city and traffic 😁

The location was perfect and the host was lovely who met us on arrival. The place was spacious and very clean. I would definitely recommend staying here, it's quiet and has stunning views of fields and farm animals

Brilliant stay down at the boathouse this is the second time me and my partner have went down for an overnight stay. Great location 5 minutes in a taxi down to the bull and claw for a lovely meal and then up to Grace Neil’s for some drinks.

Great little gem!

Absolutely gorgeous little gem of a place. Stayed with my 20 month old boy and had a great time. The host was fantastic, accommodating and very welcoming. The facilities were clean, bed comfortable and sheets fantastic and cozy! A travel cot and high chair were provided for me and that was more than I could ask for! Some reviews commented on the dogs, we weren't bothered by them at all and my little boy slept through the night. I would happily stay here again.

The stairs to the house are a bit tricky. Even though the host has warned me about them, it was a wet day so I still tripped on it and had a little boy with me so worried he would too. Once you're aware of the stairs and are careful, it should be fine...

Bright and airy studio apartment, v comfy beds, tranquil,with beautiful views across rolling hills right out to the Irish sea.Good location, 30 mins to Belfast and less than a 5 min drive to Donaghadee a port town worth a visit.
