Beautiful historic building. Francesco was very good at communicating and very punctual and accommodating. He was also very informative & helpful. He advised us to take a trip to Porto Venere which was beautiful & well worth doing - glad we took his advice & didn't just go to Cinque Terre.
He had left a big bottle of water for us & tea & coffee in the kitchen, The property was very clean.
Beds were slightly too soft - but not terrible.

El apartamento está en un edificio histórico, el Palazzo Maggiani. Tiene ascensor pero no aire acondicionado. Esto último es algo a tener muy en cuenta si viajas en verano, como nosotros, porque a pesar de que hay ventiladores tanto en las habitaciones como en el salón la temperatura dentro de casa no ha bajado de 29 grados. La cocina es especialmente abrasadora ya que la ventana da al patio donde se encuentran las puertas de acceso a las viviendas y el ascensor y si la abres te ven los vecinos. El apartamento es espacioso y cómodo y estaba muy limpio. Está a 10 minutos andando de la estación de tren. Tiene un supermercado también a 10 minutos andando y una cafetería debajo. La zona de aparcamiento es de pago 1€/hora de 8 am a 8 pm creo recordar. El propietario es muy amable y da mucha información sobre la zona

No había microondas. Y en la parte de higiene, toallas muy justas , poco papel baño y otros productos para cuatro noches de estancia y cuatro personas.
