Bright newly renovated studio apartment, just minutes from Bologna airport.The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building in a residential area. Recently renovated, it features modern furnishings with attention to the smallest details. The entrance opens onto the living area, consisting of a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and espresso coffee machine, a peninsula table with stools and the TV. A half-height wall separates the living area from the sleeping area, which enjoys additional intimacy thanks to a modern slatted curtain. Here we find a queen-size bed and a large closet. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.Wifi, air conditioning, washing machine and heating complete the layout.Guests will benefit from a covered parking slot outside the property.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
