Great stay
Apartment was spacious and clean. Giafranco was patient and helpful communicating as I knew no Italian. Only stayed a single night but there was plenty of room and amenities for a much longer stay. The area was nice and quiet with plenty of places to eat nearby. The main draw for me was the location being a 5 minute walk from the Ducati factory and museum.

Perfect value for money
Probably the location is between very good and superb. The idea to transform commercial space into a tiny but very spacious and lovely home is brilliant, and I like it. You can park your car in front of the house, or nearby, so it is easy to carry your luggage. The house is clean, and you have many things to help you during your stay there. The bed is comfortable, and you can also use a sofa.

Best host ever, very nice and clean room near the airport
The host VERY helpful. She even booked me a taxi for the next morning at 4AM, to the airport. Very polite and welcoming! What a pity, that I stayed just for 1 night.
Well, the bed is on a second floor, you have to use a ladder to climb there. Keep that in mind if you're a lazy person haha

Gianfranco è una persona gentilissima e super disponibile fino all’ultimo momento. Casa perfetta per girare Bologna che si trova a poco meno di 20 min in macchina, in quartiere tranquillo con molto parcheggio. Tutto ottimo! Grazie
