Davide a été très accueillant et m’a donné d’excellents conseils pour visiter les alentours. Il y a un garage privé au sous-sol, ce qui est très pratique pour garer son véhicule en toute sécurité. La rue est calme et tout est accessible à pied. Juste en bas de l’appartement, une ligne de bus gratuite permet de rejoindre facilement les principaux lieux d’intérêt de la ville. L’appartement est superbe : spacieux, très bien équipé et agréable à vivre. Je le recommande sans hésiter !

The property was very spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities including air conditioned rooms, indoor parking, towels, bedding, etc.
The property was excellent but I would have preferred one closer to the beach.

Appartement agréable, climatisé et bien équipé, situé au 4e étage avec ascenseur. A 2, c’est très confortable. A pieds, on est 15 minutes du centre, 20 minutes de la plage. Une navette gratuite est également disponible avec un arrêt très proche du logement. Stationnement dans un garage privé qui est un vrai + pour Santa Margherita. Excellente communication avec Davide. Très bonne réactivité.

L'acceuil de Davide, très sympatique, avec la volonté de répondre à toutes nos questions. Les équipements complets, tout y est..Très bonne literie.
