Well-equipped apartment, with a lot of noise.

There were 2 shops nearby (Coop, Carefour express). The beach, bus stop, train station were not far from the apartment. There was a garage for the apartment. The apartment is well equipped, clean, with a large terrace.

Difficult to park in the garage. A car longer than 4.5m cannot fit in the garage. The apartment is not insulated, unfortunately you could hear the neighbors all the time. You could hear anyone walking in the hallway/corridor. It was very disturbing at night. Of course, you could also hear the train, even though the windows were closed. It was disturbing that the apartment was filled with air freshener.

Great Host, convenient location

This stay was perfect for our needs. The host was amazing, very good, prompt and clear communication around access and arrival, and while we did not use it in the end, arranged an early arrival for us. Was nice having a garage to park the car. Walkable to the beach, and very close to a supermarket. House has everything you need, and appreciated the coffee.

Only comment on the property is that it definitely feels like someone else’s private holiday home, with the kids bits around and furniture choices, the pictures do clearly represent this so o booked knowing it but it might be something to consider looking at moving forward.

Very nice flat and good location. The flat was very clean, including the building itself. The flat had everything you can imagine; dishwasher, washing machine, nespresso coffee machine, iron, etc... The rooms were spacious and nice, with large private balcony terrace area, extremely beautiful during breakfast. The communication with owners was prompt and easy. Close to amnesties; super markets, restaurants and transport if needed. the owners offered me their own garage for parking my rental car, because parking over night is difficult.

Cosy and spacious stay with super friendly hosts

Hosts Corina and Marco were super friendly and provided many tips for the area. They went beyond what many other hosts would do. The accommodation is cosy, spacious and well laid out for solo travellers, couples or small families. The big terrace is wonderful to use for eating outdoors. Felt like living in Italy. I would definitely recommend staying here anytime.

Appartamento comodo e bella terrazza

L’appartamento è molto spazioso, ha una bella terrazza e lo abbiamo trovato pulitissimo. Comodo avere il garage, anche se ci vuole qualche manovra per entrare, noi abbiamo tenuto l’auto li per tutto il soggiorno perché a santa margherita e dintorni non è comodissimo muoversi in macchina. La zona è comoda e vicina a tutto. Corina è stata sempre molto efficiente nelle comunicazioni e ha lasciato una lista con dei consigli per girare la zona (ristoranti, spiagge, orari dei bus ecc) che abbiamo trovato molto utile. In generale torneremmo volentieri.

Jättefin lägenhet med stor terrass. Bra läge, gångavstånd till allt. Värdinnan var mycket tillmötesgående och vänlig. Fantastiskt vacker liten by nära Portofino, kommer gärna tillbaka
