Good location and value for a stay in Santa Margarita Liguria

The property is good. It is clean, well maintained and modern. It is a 15 min, slow walk to the beach, during which you pass several bars and restaurants. Check in and out was easy. Available parking in a garage was really nice since we were driving.

A bit out of the way, but in a quiet area. The washer was difficult to use, it did not operate as expected.

Good location, 15min till the beach and train station, supermarket just 200m away. Comfy bed, everything was very good. Especially great bonus, the car parking box. There is a problem to find parking place in St.Margarita.

Great Apartment

A lovely apartment with everything you need. The bedroom & bathroom were large and plenty of storage cupboards for your clothes & bags. A great courtyard to enjoy pre dinner drinks or a meal. The wifi was excellent. There is a good supermarket a 2 min walk away. Easily accessed from the train station and an easy walk to the waterfront. Davide was a fabulous host and provided great information for your stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The car park is a bonus.

Great location and fully equipped apartment. Nice host. Garage for car. Quite area, good for family and couples.

If you will leave apple on the table, ants will steal it, but ants disappear if you hide everything in the fridge, so it was not a big problem, maybe cleaning company were in rush but we are clean some areas and surface when arrived. This apartment easily can get 10 points if someone will spend few hours by cleaning and repairing small issues.

Great host

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, everything you need is available and also there is a very useful balcony which is practical. Every thing was set and the parking also was valuable. Davide is very kind and gentleman, he supported us for a bit late check in and also was available all the time to help us, he explained everything during the check in and i enjoyed my stay in his apartment

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht.

Es war zu kalt aber die Heizung war auch noch nicht in Betrieb (wird erst im November in Betrieb genommen). Doch der Gastgeber hat uns bei diesem Problem super weitergeholfen. :)

Grande y muy bien ubicado, en una zona residencial muy linda y cerca de todo caminando. Además con un supermercado a la vuelta.

El dormitorio no me gusto, feo para cómo podría ser y la cama podría ser mejor.

Локация топ! В 2 шагах отличный магазин со всем необходимым. Апарты оборудованы всем, чем нужно: плита, холодильник, прсудомойка, посуда, стиралка. До моря пешком 10-15 минут. Есть крутой внутренний дворик. Кондеи есть и работают. Парковка, что огромнейший плюс!!!
