I think there was an issue with sending the instructions in time. After I called the attached phone number I found out all the needed information.
The cleanliness could be slightly improved. There were some crumbs in different corners and a mouldy chicken left in the microwave (we found out at the end of the first day why the hotel room had a strange smell).

Very clean and comfortable apartment with lovely views in a good location
Nothing - it was all good for us. It is up quite a steep hill - absolutely great for us to work off all the pasta and brioche- but worth knowing.

Elevator, clean, large, nice balcony
AC didn’t work it was extremely hot, shower temp doesn’t stay still you have to hold it while you use it, iron didn’t work, not too easy to get to beach/city
