I had problems with the booking but these were handled efficiently and well.
Honestly, the front garden could be cleaned up, it would improve the first impression of the place.

Location was great-- accessible to most bus routes and also loads of restaurants around
A guest was already in my booked room and therefore couldn't check-in. An alternative room was given but didn't match price of the formerly booked room. No television in the room. I was expecting the host to professionally empathise with me amidst the inconvenience caused me with a gesture appeal but nothing like that. It was like take it or leave it. I was disappointed.

Convenient & relatively cheap. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Access to kitchen was good for breakfast although I would not have fancied trying to cook in there.
A slight sense of uncleanliness outside of the bedroom. Not terrible, but not great either. The fridge had some gunk in it, for instance. The lack of hand soap in the shared bathroom was particularly bad - we had to go and buy some ourselves, & we were far from the only ones in the house…
