Quiet apartment with a large garden and free parking space

Welcome to our beautiful apartment! It’s located in a quiet residential neighborhood, right next to a hiking trail and public transportation, making it perfect for nature lovers who don’t want to be too far from the city of Lucerne. It’s on the lower first floor, but it’s very bright thanks to large windows and direct access to the garden. The private terrace is equipped with seating and a parasol for warmer days. Baby gear (crib/high chair) is available.

In Detail:
Our apartment is located in a multi-family home and is also regularly used by our family for personal stays. We, the hosts, live in a larger apartment in the same building with our two children; if you’d like, we’re readily available to answer any questions, offer tips about the region, or accommodate your requests.
The apartment itself is 65 square meters, has one bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), plus a comfortable sleeper sofa (sleeping area 140x220) and a crib. It therefore offers enough space for up to 4 adults or a family with up to 3 children.
Our garden seating area, which gets sun all day long and features a rattan lounge set and a parasol, is perfect for relaxing in the sun.
We have a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker/Bialetti, toaster, electric kettle, sandwich maker, spices/tea/coffee filters provided) as well as a functional bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub; a hair dryer is provided.
There is also a vacuum cleaner and a clothes drying rack.
There is a TV with standard TV channels, plus an HDMI cable so you can stream your own content from a laptop to the TV via Wi-Fi.

The house includes a small private playground and a ping-pong table, which guests are welcome to use. Your own parking space is located directly in front of the house; if needed, an underground parking space can be rented as well.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood from which you can quickly reach the lake, nature (the mountains of Central Switzerland and the Pilatus recreational area), and the city of Lucerne by public transit or by car. A path leading directly into the city for pedestrians and cyclists has been created along a decommissioned former railroad track; public transportation (bus/S-Bahn) is just a few minutes away, and the S-Bahn runs until 1:00 a.m. Several restaurants and shopping options, as well as a wide range of recreational activities (indoor and outdoor pools, playgrounds), are also within walking distance.

Smoking inside the apartment and pets are not allowed.
