Best and cheapest accomodation in Nova Gorica/Gorizia cities

Nice and comfortable accommodation with an interesting idea to adapt old garage building into hostel. There was lot of space in the common areas with kitchen, bathroom, but also in the shared bedroom. Good communication with the staff about self-service check-in and entering code before coming. The locality was in calm neighbourhood, in a street of garages/car services (which didn't have any bad inpact), near train stop Solkan and the Soča river. It was just a bit far from the city center, but it was nice walk there.

There was a bit heavy air in the room from the air condition used like heating (and my roommate didn’t want to open window much, because it was a bit cold). I wasn’t sure, if it doesn’t take the air from the room instead of from outside.

Everything was clean and tidy. You have a personal locker with a key. The kitchen was equipped with all the needed appliances.

Nika personally takes care of the structure and guests. The atmosphere is so lovely that, perhaps, it even selects certain type of travelers, as so far i've encountered only really nice people there.

Nice modern hostel

Modern and nicely decorated. Good facilities - kitchen, tables and bathrooms as well. The location is not central but Nova Gorica is not big at all. It's close to a rowing centre on the river which is quite nice. Lockers provided.

Only drawback is the availability of 6-bed rooms only. Would have preferred less crowded.

Great place for a short stay for a little trip on Nova Gorica!

Good environment and great equiped, toilets clean and kitchen very good.

It was very Nice but some towels erre not clean, and the bed linen wasnt changed and some bed bugs.

Very good

The pillow is too high and the sheets are very loud. Also I waited quite some time for entry code and information about the room… I couldn’t get a hold on somebody when I called few hours begore check in. Everything else was excellent!!🌟

A really nice hostel.

This was a really nice hostel, and while we spent very little time here, the whole place had a good vibe. The showers/bathroom were clean, modern and well looked after and there were plenty of shared facilities. We had exclusive use of a 4-person room, but lockers and screens around the beds provided extra privacy.

Great stay in Garage hostel in Nova Gorica Slovenia

The host Nika was very nice and helpful and our communication was great. The rooms are comfy enough and quite good for a shared dormitory. Everything was clean and taken care of. Every bed has a locker with keys.The kitchen is well equipped as well as toilets and showers.

Overall I don't have something particular that I didn't like while staying in this hostel, so I would recommend it to friends if they want to visit Nova Gorica.

Amazing hostel

A very well thought out and setup hostel. It has literally everything you could need for your stay. Nice kitchen, big lockers and power sockets beside each bed. The owner is very friendly and knowledgable about the area as well which is a big plus. Would have loved to stay longer!

Great new hostel. Very clean! Very good WiFi, lights and power outlets are near the beds. Kitchen is well equipped. Very close to supermarkets, some Restaurants and the Isonzo River. Owner is very friendly and super helpful.

Simply perfect! I was lucky (i slept alone in a six-bed room) but the Place Is brand new With all the comfort and accomodation (i especially enjoyed the shower) Location calm and near the city centre

Il miglior ostello di sempre!

Tutto. L'ostello é nuovissimo e bellissimo in stile industrial. Sia le camere che la cucina/salotto sono funzionali e con tutto il necessario. Bagni comodi e ampi. Non ho incontrato nessuno dello staff durante il mio soggiorno ma Nika é stata puntuale e precisa nel darmi le informazioni e addirittura, sebbene avessi prenotato un posto letto mi ha riservato una camera privata, complice probabilmente la bassissima stagione e il fatto che ci fosse solo un altro ospite presente in struttura. É stata una gentilezza che non era dovuta ma che ho apprezzato molto.

Super Hostel komme gerne wieder...

Jedes,Bett hatte seinen eigenem Vorhang! Fans ich total super. Alles war sauber und geräumig. Die Chefin ist total nett. Ich hatte ein Problem mit einem Zimmergenosse und sie hat es am nächsten Tag schon geklärt, bevor ich was sagen konnte. Top!

Die Lage war für mich etwas zu weit weg vom eigentlichen Geschehen weshalb ich gekommen war, aber das hätte ich besser recherchieren müssen und die slowenischen Buspläne sind für mich null nachvollziehbar.

Keine Möglichkeit, Wäsche (per Hand) zu waschen, das wäre für Radfahrer mit Minimalgepäck wichtig. Der Name ist furchtbar! Warum „Garage“? Das schreckt ab. Wer will schon in einer Garage schlafen???
