Location is amazing, it is quiet, it was very clean. And we were able to check in a bit earlier. Parking was good.
No shampoo, no slippers (it was super cold when we got there). That would be nice for that price. Breakfast was not worth the money you paid for it, but it's good since there's no restaurants really around. And replies on booking messaging could be a bit faster.

Cleanliness, availability of owners, great facilities, nice breakfast. Great price.
There is a bar downstairs and people speaking loud and music could be heard from the rooms at 11pm. Sent a message to the owner and upon 2 min it was less loud and we could sleep. However, this is weird and unexpected for a family house. Either get better isolating windows or don't have a bar just under rooms being rented... Other negative is that the price quoted by booking included the tourist tax, however this was separate from the price on booking when we had to pay upon leaving.
