Frühstück gibt es gegenüber in einem Café, was aber Sonntags geschlossen hat.In der Küche konnte man Kaffee und Tee kochen und Snacks waren auch vorhanden.Zimmer gut ausgestattet, sogar ein Bügeleisen und Brett waren vorhanden.Linienbusse halten direkt vor der Tür.
Die Parkplatzsuche war etwas abenteuerlich, (Samstag Vormittag)am Nachmittag wurde es etwas ruhiger. Öffentlicher Parkplatz.An dem Parkautomat muss das Kennzeichen und E Auto...eingegeben werden .Ab 20.00 Uhr frei parken.

Posizione a dieci minuti dal centro in auto, comoda e molto tranquilla. Parcheggio antistante ad un prezzo super ragionevole. A 20 metri c'è un bar in cui ho fatto ottime colazioni. A 5 minuti a piedi una storica osteria dove ho mangiato superbi piatti tipici. Letto molto comodo!

Locale pulito, accogliente e nuovo, vicino al centro congressi della città e a diversi supermercati, bar, ristoranti e fermate degli autobus. Anche il centro storico é raggiungibile con una passeggiata di circa mezz'ora. Personale gentile e disponibile.
Difficile trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze.

Un lugar agradable para alojarse y disfrutar de Trieste a un precio razonable.
La habitación es muy grande, estaba reformada de hace poco tiempo y la dotación de mobiliario es moderna y muy completa. El alojamiento es muy tranquilo y silencioso. Es ideal para descansar y hacer turismo en Trieste. Dispone de ascensor.
El agua caliente no sale ni muy caliente ni durante mucho tiempo, por lo que dos personas en la misma habitación se pueden encontrar sin agua caliente si las duchas no son "express". A mí me ha pasado, y eso que en verano me ducho con agua del tiempo o algo fría. No es aceptable en ningún alojamiento, sea más caro o más barato. Querer ahorrar en agua caliente a costa de condicionar la comodidad del cliente es un error de base. No dispone de aparcamiento, por lo que hay que dejar el vehículo en la calle, y no es sencillo aparcar en la zona. Además, hay muchas restricciones de aparcamiento. Tampoco es barato aparcar en la calle. Quizá sería buena idea que la propiedad concertara algún convenio con algún parking cercano para ofrecerlo a los clientes. La gente que acude al alojamiento no lava los platos, vasos y cubiertos que utiliza (eso es de ser un cerdo). Nos hemos encontrado platos sucios dentro del lavaplatos, así como un vaso con restos de carmín guardado en el armario del escurreplatos (en este caso, entiendo que de una mujer una cerda). ¿En sus respectivas casas hacen esa marranada? Una falta de consideración con los propietarios, así como con el resto de usuarios, que se pueden ver en la circunstancia de tener que fregar las cosas de otras personas para poder utilizarlas limpias. En este sentido, los propietarios deberían tener más control respecto al personal que utiliza la cocina y sus elementos.
