It was clean. It was close to the center and railway station. Check in instructions provided were accurate

Tourist tax was not accurate in the original message sent on Booking and I communicated this on WhatsApp. I was somehow disappointed with the answer, saying that it s an automatic mesaje and that they sent me the right one on WhatsApp. Well, yes. But the official one is on Booking and it is your responsibility to update it especially when it comes about prices. Because when I m booking you, I will see what you are providing me on Booking website and not on WhatsApp. So I do not consider it a professional and nice attitude. The room was a bit dark and for me it was cold. The walls were dirty in some places Right next to my door there was something like a package in my room which only took space. It looked like they didn t know what to do with the stuff and just put it there Sometimes you could hear noise from other people or different kind of noises from the electronics in the room. Overall, looks like some apartments rented by someone but definitely not very professional.

Nice stay in Trieste

Our stay at Italy Vacatian Rental was very enjoyable. The room was comfortable and clean. It had a little kitchinette which was very handy. We liked the location as well which was not far from the old town and the railaway station. There were some good restaurants and a supermarket right behind the corner.

Getting to the building was a bit tricky as the doorphone wasn't working properly and we had to fiddle with a key to unlock the door every time. The toilet flush was a bit temperamental but not a big issue.

nulla da dire, trovato tutto secondo le mie aspettative. Volendo si potrebbe far trovare una bottiglia di acqua in frigo il giorno dell'arrivo :)

Eccellente base per Trieste ma attenti al parcheggio

Rapporto qualità prezzo, appartamento grande, caldo silenzioso e attrezzato.

L'annuncio mostra la disponibilità del parcheggio, in realtà si tratta di parcheggiare in strada o se si e fortunati nel parcheggio del supermercato coop nelle vicinanze. La sera in cui siamo arrivati i parcheggi davanti la coop erano chiusi per lavori e quindi ci siamo dovuti arrangiare con le strette stradine vicino alla struttura. A nostro avviso sarebbe più onesto non indicare la presenza di struttura con parcheggio.

Ubicación cerca del centro. Con buena conexión al centro con ómnibus. Parking gratis con paciencia se consigue sino a 100 metros estacionamiento de pago 6 euros diarios. Supermercado grande en ese lugar. La cama es grande y muy cómoda. El ingreso a la habitación es sencilla

Es demasiado chico para una pareja. Por el precio debería tener más vajilla, es miserable lo que te ofrece aunque uno no lo use con la idea de hacer una comida importante. Lo más ogjetable es que la cama la presentan sin sabana superior, te tapas con un acolchado, es desagradable. No hay lugar para colocar una valija grande.

Struttura pulita e confortevole. Non manca nulla, occhio se avete valigie pesanti non c e' ascensore da pinano strada.

Fornitevi di una tenda oscurante per la finestra…non ci vuole tanto!!! E poi le ragnatele sui muri! Per non parlare della luce sullo specchio nel bagno, appena arrivati non è più funzionata, inviata mail con la segnalazione, risposta: “grazie”!!! Mah!!! 5 giorni senza la luce!!!

Miniappartamento ben dotato, bagno con doccia funzionale e phon, angolo cottura con anche macchina per il caffè. E' presente anche un tavolino per due persone, il letto è comodo e di fronte è posizionata una TV ben funzionante. L'accesso all'appartamento avviene attraverso un'apertura automatica attivabile attraverso un codice che viene comunicato dal personale responsabile prima dell'arrivo

In sè il monolocale non ha difetti evidenti, la zona è comoda per chi arriva in treno, ma per me che ero in auto è stato complicato trovare parcheggio le due sere che ho pernottato, purtroppo la zona non ha grandi spiazzi per le automobili.
