Дом расположен в тихом месте, в горной местности. В пяти минутах ходьбы есть горная река Соча, где можно хорошо провести время и отдохнуть. Вода в реке очень красивая, изумрудного цвета, но жутко холодная, хотя смельчаки купаются.
В двух минутах ходьбы от дома - неплохой продуктовый магазин, в принципе, ассортимент товаров неплохой и продукты вкусные, особенно молочка; в 5 минутах ходьбы от дома наткнулись (по сильному аромату ванили нашли) на пекарню с вкусной и разнообразной выпечкой (ценник - не дороже, чем в СПб!!!).
Рядом с домом - автобусная остановка. На территории участка - парковка для автомобилей.
Во дворе дома - небольшая зеленая зона отдыха со столом и скамейками.

Het bed was prima
Het was niet echt schoon, met name de gedeelde ruimte waar de koelkast, wasmachine en het koffiezetapparaat o.a. stonden. In de andere kamer huisde twee zeer luidruchtige beschonken gasten die de wasmachine dag en nacht opeisten.
