Superb find in a small town; ideal for exploring the surrounding areas including Trieste
Travelled to Manzano as it's close to Udine for the 2025 Super Cup (great game, not the result we wanted). Albero Bianco was a great choice for two people looking for separate rooms and great facilities. Easy to find and only about 25 mins from Trieste Airport by car, the property is next to the church and main square. Parking available with no issues. We were met at the property by the owner, Enrico, who has excellent English (much better than my Italian which is pretty much non-existent). He explained the facilities including breakfast and self-serve coffee. Extremely welcoming and friendly and lives in another part of the property so is available to help with any problems.
The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms. The showers were clean and very well maintained; shampoo and shower gel is provided and the water was always hot and with good pressure. Both rooms were spotless and well maintained and had aircon – during our visit, there was a heatwave (up to 39°C) so this was very welcome. Plenty of sockets for phone/tablet etc charging. Nets on the windows to help prevent biting insects getting in and wooden shutters to keep the rooms cool when required.
Breakfast was provided each day – excellent croissant with a range of jams and self-serve coffee (limited only by how much you can take!).
The town is small and quiet – definitely a working town not a tourist one but this makes it better imo as the cafés, bars and restaurants are well priced, friendly and authentic. Near to the property is one of the best gelaterias I've ever been to – three massive scoops from a large range of flavours for (in Aug 25) only €4.50; great value and superb ice cream – highly recommended. There are several bars around that serve food and a couple of restaurants including pizzerias – didn't have time to check them all out but the ones we did were good value with good food.
Nothing about the property to note or raise an issue with – an excellent stay with a great host; highly recommended.
If I could change anything it would be the Super Cup result! #Spursy

Kameralny obiekt położony w cichej części miasteczka w sąsiedztwie kościoła. Wygodny i funkcjonalny pokój z luksusową łazienką i nieskrępowanym dostępem do kuchni i jadalni. Wszystkie sprzęty sprawne i w dobrym stanie technicznym. Bardzo mili i uczynni Gospodarze. Śniadania zgodne z oczekiwaniami w rewelacyjnej cenie.
