Beautiful peaceful place to stay!

The owner was very welcoming and spoke excellent English. The accommodation was immaculately clean, comfy and good facilities. There was a good selection at breakfast. We only stayed for one night but it was just what we needed. Close to the pretty town of Palmanova for something to eat.

Some guidance on what to do on arrival as we were a bit unsure where to go once parked so we gave a call and the owner came out to greet us. Due to the storms there was no WiFi, which was unavoidable but as it was only one night we were able to manage.

Very nice, but one big flaw.

Very calm location, spacious and new room, very good parking at the door, friendly hosts, good breakfast.

The bed sheets and towels were all humid, the whole room smelled humid. They were clean but hadn’t dried well at all. Maybe an exception but it was not pleasant.

Sleeping in green fields, excellent breakfast

Breakfast was very good, it was all set up for us and there was anything you like, coffee, juices, pastry, cereals, different kinds of bread, honey, jam, nuttela, teas, eggs etc. and all very tasty.

The two beds could have been more apart, our parents bed and bed where our son was sleeping were very close to pass by, but for one night stay it was ok.

Perfect! Wonderful hosts.

1. The family running the B&B is amazing and did their best to make sure we had an incredible stay. 2. The rooms were modern and clean. 3. The location is ideal. Surrounded by nature but not far from the city. The b&b is a 5 minutes drive from a supermarket and from a shopping outlet. I would highly recommend this place.

The hotel is located in an isolated area, we got at around 9 and everything was dark. The breakfast is pretty italian style lots of sweets. Other than that everything was perfect.

A wonderful pit stop and relaxing stay

We booked this as a night of rest to split our roadtrip and this was a perfect choice. Very relaxing yard and a great pool. The room was very nice and prettier than in the pictures. Wonderful continental breakfast. Very convenient location near the highway, but also just minutes away from Palmanova if you want to get dinner or aperitivo on an Italian square.

Nice modern oasis in Friuli near many great sites.

The modern room, the pool and animals and trampoline for kids, and the thoughtful hosts. They assisted with finding gluten free food and put our ice packs in their freezer. They and their family were very kind.
