Location, clean etc. really liked having the radio on in the kitchen. We literally dropped our stuff off went back to my brother with tea. Came back slept showered had a cup of tea and left so didn’t use many things.
We both found the beds to be uncomfortable. I do have back issues, mine was more the mattress was too soft (back bedroom). Not really your fault. My son’s back was aching today and felt it was really uncomfortable to sleep on (front bedroom). Just to let you know, I went to open the back door as the weather was warm and found it was unlocked.

Good location for our trip. Comfortable beds and kitchen had all we needed. Good to be able to park. Close to supermarket too
Pots and pans were a little worse for wear, bathroom basin is cracked and shower heat a little tricky to control. None of these are major and wouldn't stop us returning.

Location was great, secure parking, access to the property was straightforward.
No complaints, everything was above expectations. One note, the key safe was a little tricky as the access plate is sticking but this is more feedback for the owner. We didn't struggle to gain access.
