We had a little problem with the boiler but they were round quick and fixed it straight away.

Quite,and peaceful place to stay. They allow dogs ( not upstairs or not the furniture).

Love our stay at this property. Not in the best of locations but it's not very far away from lovely hiking trails and beautiful surroundings. Communication with the owner was great too.

A great hassle-free visiting to family, only possible thanks to James’ Place.

Lovely open space with bifold doors onto garden. Thoughtful welcome gifts for us & our dogs. Easy & quick communication with owners. Perfect location. Towels were quality.

Exceptional

Everything was to hand and place was spotless the one issue I had was resolved immediately also has the best night sleep ever and was welcomed with some lovely welsh cakes, pressecco and a greeting card along with some milk. Hot tub was ready for our arrival also. This was a break for me during chemotherapy so I throughly enjoyed a quiet relaxing retreat. Thanks again x

Fantastic and quirky property with everything you need

It was a great place with everything I needed for a weekend away with my kids. Brilliant, quirky decor, good-sized lounge, kitchen, and dining area to chill out in and comfy beds. The hot tub was also fab to relax in the evenings. James and Angela's sent great info and we're really helpful and responsive to any questions. I loved it but it also got the seal of approval from my two teenagers.

Excellent location, property immaculate. Could not fault anything, fabulous little touches such as lovely Welsh cakes on arrival. Excellent communication with hosts with lots of recommendations for the local area.

Loved the decor and it was a home from home like comfort.

A coat hook as you walk in especially when it’s raining otherwise no were practical for it to hang up. A towel rail in the bath room for a hand towel. And a bigger clock in the living space. Other than that was amazing!
