Spacious house with two bathrooms and a guest toilet. Clean. Parking for two cars, one in the garage and one in the drive way. Close to Brecon Beacon and the bike park. Walking to Morley castle is lovely. Great view! The water falls 20 minutes away are also worth visiting.

Situated in a very crowded and tough estate.

There is space for one vehicle, there is space for other cars away from the house in a very short walking distance near to other houses. Ive feedback about other things but they are so small and easily fixed

Lovely clean, modern house, beds were comfy, liked that there was multiple toilets and good amenities.

Only thing is, could of done with some coat hooks and maybe an airer to dry clothes on as it was raining on our main day there and struggled to dry our clothes.

It was incredibly easy to access via the lockbox, and the hosts provided all the necessary information well in advance, making check-in a breeze. They even advised on some great local meal recommendations, which was nice. The living room was spacious and comfortable, and we loved having multiple bathrooms — a downstairs toilet, a main bathroom, and an en-suite — which made getting ready so much easier for everyone.

While we had an overall pleasant stay, there were a few aspects that could be improved. One of my friends had a rough first night’s sleep after discovering cut toenails in her bed, and unfortunately, she found more throughout the weekend. The first morning was also a bit challenging, as the water was not hot, leaving a few of us unable to shower until we managed to fix it later on. The utensils in the kitchen were in need of replacement; many were melted, burnt, and not in good condition for guests. Additionally, the kitchen table was quite small for the number of guests the property accommodates, although extra seating was provided in the cupboard. Parking was another issue — we were lucky not to have all 6 of us drive separately, as parking for 2 was already tight, and the other vehicles had to park down the road or elsewhere. While some neighbors were friendly, a few were not as welcoming, and we also arrived to find rubbish bags left outside. The hosts did inform us about the bins, but this was a bit off-putting. With some attention to these details, the stay could have been even better.

Great location for Bike Park Wales. Lockable garage for bike storage and secure driveway parking. Safe enclosed garden. Within walking distance of town. Comfortable accommodation and nicely decorated throughout. Sleepy Stays Team were very professional - quick responses to questions and good communications re: deposit and check-in instructions. Early check-in was available by prior arrangement. Highly recommended.
