Good location and communication. We were 8 people, and the house size was good enough to accommodate all of us.
The furniture, especially in the living room, is very flimsy, can't use the chairs at all. However, the host confirmed that they would replace them for the next guests.

Newly decorated and clean with good facilities.
The mattresses were slightly soft and couldn't find the heating thermostat. But this was nothing major.
