Beautiful 4 bedroom house near town centre. With Bike Store Perfect for Bike Park Wales

Overall great property at the property and ideal for family and friends. Owners/ property agents very quick and responsive. House was clean and tidy and it was ready to move. It located at the ease access to the city and surrounding areas.

If we had a dining table with chairs in the kitchen would have been ideal. Location is next to a signal lights hence parking was little confused but once you are in the property it has been easier to find the parking. It would have been easier to use the back entrance if it was cleaned and marked.

Location was fantastic, good size, bike storage is great, multiple bathrooms

On arrival, we found a broken floor tile, the upstairs landing banister fixing to glass rail is broken, socket coming off the wall in room on first floor, boiler fused connection unit hanging off wall with flex attached to the rear rather than using a flex outlet, one of the steps on the stairs feels like its going to break, rubber strips on stairs to basement move and is easy to fall if not cautious, hot and cold tap in kitchen are connected to the wrong flexi, living chairs a wobbly so you don’t feel like sitting on them in case they break as we don’t want to be held responsible. Electrician came to carry out a EICR according to sleepy stays, however was only there for 10 minutes, an EICR is very difficult to perform in a 4 story house in ten minutes

This wad the 4th time we had stayed at a Sleepy Stays property. Very clean and comfortable. Sleeps up to 10 people. Large secure Bike store. Location was perfect for Bike Park Wales. Parking was easy in the adjacent road.

There were 8 of us, but only 7 dinner plates. Wierdly only had 3 forks - we topped up with wooden forks from Lidl. Lounge area was a little cramped for 8 people - but would be great for a smaller group.

Location to Bike Park Wales (10 minute drive) plus location to the local restaurants and pubs. Bike Store on site

Although the bike store was secure, the adjacent properties border and have access to the property so didn't give the impression of security. Also the last property has parking at the access point and when cars are parked here it makes it difficult to get bikes in and out of the property.
