The place is good, and well prepared, but need some renovations for sure. Area is very nice

At the first day Consierge was waiting for me to show me the flat and give me the key. Area around was great! Close to the transport, train, 10 minutes to the city center and shops, bars. Up to 20 minutes to the beach. Few coffee place and churros to buy near the place :) In the flat most of the things in the kitchen were provided, so I could making meals on my own

In the bathroom and next to the A.C. there was a mold. Internet was slow. Sometimes in the morning there was no internet, so I was using telephone internet. After 8 days technicians came to my flat, and installed new router. Contact with Consierge was a bit difficult. I was using WhatsApp and all messages were marked as "read" same time as I wrote them. There were automatic reply on my questions. When I asked to turned them off, sometimes my messages were without answer. Next to the bed there was couch. When I opened it, was a bit dirty inside

If you don't check-in within their very restricted times they'll charge you €35-45, that's more than one day of stay. It's a steal as all other places that I stayed had self check-in or more flexible times. The wifi is REALLY BAD. It's a 4G modem with a VERY SLOW connection. They said that it's fiber connection, but it's a lie, you can barely open pages in with this internet. The wall and ceiling of the bathroom have water damage, it's full of mold and pieces of wall/painting are falling off. Their misleading pictures show an open gate that looks like a balcony, but that's locked. It's a pubic area for other people living in the building and it's the only "window" of the apartment, so if you open the curtains to get some light in the apartment there'll be people seeing the whole apartment. The nearby neighborhood and the building's common areas are poorly maintained (cleaning and damage). Is a very noisy area too, expect loud music. It's within the ZBE, so be careful if you're driving. The kitchen is very underequipped. The bed is terrible. Stay away from this place, I really couldn't find anything positive about it.

Lovely apartment, nice location although the entrance to the apartment not great but once inside it was fine. Comfortable, nice kitchen and bathroom, shame it hasn't a balcony, think that was the only thing we missed.

Jeg fik aldrig kompensation for at lejligheden blev oversvømmet med vand fra højere etager, hvor vandet fossede ned fra loftet, og mine ting sejlede rundt på gulvet da jeg kom hjem en aften. Det dryppede ned fra loftet i halvdelen af lejligheden. Heldigvis fik jeg reddet mig computer, fotoudstyr, batterier osv, men har dog fået ødelagt mit ladestik i min laptop. Skønnet pris af teknikker 350 - 550 Euro plus reparationstid på cirka en uge, hvilket gør det besværligt da jeg er afhængig af mit udstyr. Derudover var jeg sengeliggende 3 dage pga fugtgenerne på mine lunger, og måtte købe medicin på apoteket mv. Sov dårligt i 3 dage. Jeg vil hermed gerne bede om at få dette beløb retur fra min leje af lejligheden, eller bliver jeg nødt til at gå videre til min advokat/politi.

Ons ervaring in Torremolinos met NAMASTE ELITE

Goede omgeving niet ver van de winkelstraat en ook niet heel ver van de zee. De leefruimten was netjes, mooie studio met tv. Alles was aanwezig wc papier, handzeep, parfum,douchezeep, thee, koffie en water in de ijskast. Zelfs een wasmachine aanwezig, droogrek etc.... Je voelde zich wat thuis ookal waren een paar minpunten die lees je bij '' wat viel er tegen''.

De wifi was minder sterk soms kon je ook geen tv kijken omdat het via internet werkt. Aan de inkom en in de badkamer was er waterschade geweest was geen nette uitstraling ( kan gebeuren was lek door bovenbuurman denk ik ). Er ontbrak scherpen mesjes om bijvoorbeeld een appel te snijden maar dat probleem moet nu opgelost zijn heb er zelf drie gekocht en achter gelaten. En niet vergeten er was een haardroger maar je kon hem niet gebruiken omdat het een buitenlandse stekker had.
