El apartamento estaba limpio, era moderno y justo como el de las fotos. Buena ubicación y al llegar un chico estaba programando el aire acondicionado porque se había roto y lo habían arreglado y genial
El acceso al apartamento es un porche largo que el resto de vecinos en la mayoría de los casos lo tiene ocupado con reuniones, animales, etc y esa zona está algo más descuidada

It was spacious, definitely good for a small family to stay, very clean, had the essentials needed like from home. Quiet and great location to the beach and local shops.
There was no AC in the bedroom but a fan in the living room.

Nice, modern, clean apartment. I was a little bit apprehensive on booking this apartment as some of the reviews suggested it was hard to find and we weren't landing till 7.30pm on a sat. Happily my doubts were misguided as 4 days before flying an email was sent by the vendor with a video showing me the way from the front of the building up the driveway and along the corridor to the exact apartment we were staying at. The night before we flew the key code was sent to us and on arrival everything went smoothly.
The apartment is located in what I would describe as a residential building and as such we found a bit of noise in the morning with people going about there day. All in all I would defo recommend this apartment for anyone who likes to get out and see the area with the main bus route 2 mins away and El pinillo train station a 10 min walk. Although there is no outside space the beach is 5 mins away with more sunbeds than I could believe (€8 per day).

La ubicación y además tenía todo lo necesario
La entrada muy sucia, tanto que no se podía dejar la puerta abierta. Muchos perros y gatos del apartamento contiguo haciendo sus necesidades en la puerta. Y al ser un apartamento tan oscuro las luces tenían que estar siempre encendidas.
