Holiday from hell .

Not clean .oven was very dirty food dripping from tray . No clean clothes scrubbing etc .toilet brush was under the sink with cleaning bottles. No mattress cover. Kitchen was infested with insects and cockroaches in bathroom .did tell host who said he would deal with them .he came while we were out ,thanked him.but they came back .I cleaned kitchen surfaces but next day there was black what looked like droppings all over it ,we left two weeks into our stop .found some where else,at great expense.as we couldn’t cope any more ,I was upset as didn’t want to have to move in middle of holiday but didn’t have any choice. Any food left out I left nuts became full of insects,so everything was put in the fridge.we have been coming to same area for five years never had a problem like this.and new apartment for last week was spotless with no insects.

I stayed at Green Views with my daughter for 5 nights and we wished we could stay longer. The apartment was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The owner was very kind and accommodating let me stay past the check-out time.

The location looks exactly like in the pictures, the garden is bigger than what you see in the photos and it is very well maintained and you are very close to highway, train station , beach. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice.

Amazing!

The owner was super nice and helpfull. When we had questions we could just text him and he helped us right away. The apartment was amazing and super comfortable. Maybe to comfortable, because we didn’t even wanted to leave at the end. I still cant believe we got such a nice appartement and service for the price we paid. If we ever go back to benamaldena we will DEFINATELY come back to green views. I would recomend this to everybody!

The walk from te beach back to the appartment is mostly up hill, and after an active dat its a bit heavy. Other than that absolutely no complaints!

Amazing stylish apartment!

The size of the apartment, water pressure, fridge, and washing machine, the terrace doors take you to the garden so our little boy could play on the grass. It is located 500 meters from the beach, so small uphill to get there, but just a couple minute walk from the main city road with local restaurants.

A fantastic place to stay.

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment, Francisco was brilliant to deal with and has done a great job with the decor. Perfectly placed.. great restaurants, bars, the marina and beach are all within walking distance. We got the train to and from the airport, we couldn't believe how easy this was. We wouldn't hesitate in staying here again. Thank you.

We couldn’t wish for a better apartment for our vacation as it’s a true gem in Benalmádena! Wonderful and peaceful terrace with possibilities to have a breakfast coffee outside, sunbathe and just relax while watching the stars in the night. Wide windows that gives a beautiful daylight and bedroom with comfortable bed made our stay even better. Apart from that it has a spacious wardrobe, too. Very stylish interior and apartment was properly clean. Location is great as everything is very close - beach, train station, supermarkets and it was easy to find a parking for the car as well. At the same time it’s not located in a busy area so we could enjoy our peace! Our host Francisco was very welcoming, kind and friendly. Muchas gracias por todo!

Francisco is a very helpful host. He care about all details. Apartment has all you need. Nice communal garden. Good location - 15 minutes walk from beach and city centre. We had a great time in Bandamalena.

Will never stay there again

The double bed!

No spare bedding at all, only 1 sunchair on terrace, no pans only a frying pan!, and the rooms smelt mouldy took photos in bedroom even the wardrobe was mouldy! Our clothes smelt terrible after 4 weeks there

Lovely stay up a hill but away from the main bars, very quiet area

Lovely apartment and Fransisco the host was there to meet us on arrival and when leaving, and the apartment had everything for a pleasant stay and was nicely refurbished and modern

The only issue was little boy spilt pop and the cleaner claimed it had stained the floor, which as it was just pop and we cleaned it up was a little bit Picky in my opinion

Bien pero mejorable en detalles

Falta de sabanas,solo una para dormir en el sofá,pedimos otra para taparnos y no nos la dio,1 rollo de papel higiénico para 4 días y 3 mujeres, pedí un par más y es lo que trajo pero no llego para el último dia,por no pedir más usamos clínex,con lo sencillo que sería haber dejado suficiente desde el primer día,gel y champú que decía que había (solo restos de otros inquilinos) nos tocó comprarlo y ahí se quedó para el siguiente. Cortinas y lámpara rotas,ducha que se tapona.... Cafetera sin café (en otros sitios ponen para el primer día) Mejorable en detalles,por lo demás bien. A 15 min de la playa andando (en cuesta)

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt, czyste mieszkanko, pomocny właściciel,10 minut do plaży. Polecamy.

Super mieszkanko. Czysto, przestronnie. Na duży plus wyjście na ogród, który jest w słoneczku. Bardzo miły gospodarz, Paco. Zawsze gdy czegoś potrzebowaliśmy, z chęcią nam pomagał. Miejsce ( bloki mieszkalne) z zewnątrz nie wyglądają ciekawie, ale już w środku jest przyjemnie. Mieszkanko znajduje się na wzgórzu, więc jest troszkę spacerowania na dół do plaży, jakieś 10 minut, a potem wracając. Benalmadena jest piękna, aczkolwiek odkryliśmy, że w Torremolinos plaże są bardziej przystosowane dla turystów. Planujemy wrócić na przyszły rok w to samo miejsce.
