Great gem of a place to stay in

The place was so clean and modern.It was in a lovely neighbourhood overlooking the main square with lots of restaurants, shops and a supermarket nearby.It was great value for money too and I loved my bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.Tania was so lovely and friendly too and kept the place in great condition. I would definitely stay here again!!

A wonderful apartment that exceeded my expectations. Very clean, quiet, and cozy. The kitchen and bathroom are excellent, and I especially want to highlight the terrace, which is perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The location is great. The host, Tania, is an amazing person, and I’m truly happy to have met her – she is very kind and understanding. I’ll definitely come back here again!

Clean and nice room - great value for money

The flat is equipped with everything you need and newly renovated. As written on the description the toilet is share with other flatmates, but it was extremely clean (the landlady clean it daily if or more).

Simply perfect relaxing stay in Torremolinos

It is spacious and perfectly clean apartment,including fully equiped kitchen, located on nice square. Few minutes walk to shops, train stop and beach. Tania is awesome and very friendly host which will make your stay just perfect. I spent beautiful days there.

the location was ok because there were 3/4 restaurants in front of the building which i liked because i didn't feel comfortable using the owners things that i had to share ..

i didn't like the fact that the two nights i stayed i was woken up at 1/2 o'clock in the morning by the male owner coming home & banging doors shut & making other noises , also , on the morning of my departure i was sent a message asking what time i would be leaving as she said someone else was coming & she wanted to clean the room .. it clearly states that check out was until 12 o'clock & i felt rushed & pressured by this and left almost immediately as i didn't want to see the owner after this .. all in all a bad experience ..

Za velmi přijatelnou cenu výborně vybavené a čisté ubytování.

Dostal jsem krásný pokoj s velkou a pohodlnou postelí. Výborně zařízená a vybavená velká společná kuchyň. Hezká společná koupelna se sprchovým koutem. Krásně zařízený obývací pokoj s velikou plochou televizí. Terasa se stolečky a židlemi. Vše je velmi dobře zařízeno a udržováno v naprosté čistotě. Moje cena za ubytování mimo hlavní sezonu byla velmi výhodná. Domluva s majitelkou byla velmi přátelská. Bydlel jsem mimo hlavní sezonu a ostatní pokoje byly většinu času prázdné. Jinak je dost slyšet co kdo dělá. Nevím jestli v sezóně stačí 1 koupelna se záchodem pro všechny pokoje, další záchod a koupelnu jsem neviděl.

Un lugar para quedarse como si estuviésemos en casa. Todo bajo control pero sin que éste resulte excesivo y dando lugar a una privacidad que se agradece. Sehr saubere Wohnung in spanischen Teil von Torremolinos

Ich bin selten begeistert von privaten Unterkünften in Spanien. Hier bin ich es. Gelegen in einem weniger touristischen Teil von Torremolinos, an einer kleinen Plaza, in super-moderner Wohnung. Freundliche Vermieterin, die einem alles zeigt, Aufzug in den 3. Stock, super sauberes Zimmer, Gratis Wasser, gute Matratze, schnelles Internet, Mitbenutzung von Küche und Balkon und nur noch ein anderer Gast mit dem man Badezimmer teilt. Wirklich alles top und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Jetzt kommen die beiden Nachteile, die zum einen Punkabzug führten: als Check-in-Zeit wird ab 14h angegeben. Das hatte ich auch angefragt und bestätigt. Bei Anreise war dann erst der Check-in nach 17h möglich, der Besitzer sei auf Arbeit. Na ja. Ich musste mein Gepäck zwischenlagern. Außerdem musste die Wohnungstüre immer mit Schlüssel abgesperrt werden. Das halte ich im Brandfall im 3. Stock für den Fluchtweg für gefährlich.
