Localised in the city centre. Clean and new.

Far from the beach but the city is divided between two main parts - city and beach. So you have to choose. I prefer this location and always you can walk to the beach in 15 minutes.

Nunca volvería. Alojamiento en pésimas condiciones

Lo que más me gustó fue el hotel que está junto enfrente. Amplio, limpio, reformado, personal amable y más barata la noche, incluyendo brunch ilimitado hasta la una de la tarde.

Mi experiencia en este alojamiento fue muy negativa y no se corresponde en absoluto con lo anunciado. El apartamento no cumple condiciones mínimas de habitabilidad, ni higiene, ni mantenimiento y acabó arruinando mis vacaciones. Desde la llegada hubo problemas graves: entrega de llaves tardía, sin respuesta del propietario durante más de una hora. El acceso y las zonas comunes transmiten inseguridad y están muy deterioradas. El interior del apartamento presentaba olores muy fuertes, limpieza claramente insuficiente, utensilios de cocina sucios, mobiliario roto o en mal estado y elementos básicos inexistentes o claramente insuficientes para una estancia larga (ni un cambio de ropa de cama o solo 2 toallas para 17 noches). Las ventanas no aíslan ni del ruido ni del frío, hay humedades visibles, persianas que no funcionan y condiciones que hacen imposible descansar. El estado real del alojamiento difiere mucho de las fotos y la descripción, lo que considero publicidad engañosa. Intenté solucionar la situación con el propietario y con la empresa gestora, sin obtener respuesta ni solución. Tras varios días alojándome en hoteles alternativos, tuve que abandonar la estancia y regresar antes de lo previsto. No recomiendo este alojamiento bajo ningún concepto. Si no quieres arriesgarte a perder dinero y vacaciones, busca otra opción.

VERGONZOSO , AVARICIA DE DINERO

Único es bonito según se miré.

No lo recomiendo en nada , olores de sumidero de arcadas, el apartamento lo limpian por encima, es tanto que la cama estaba llena de arena de playa , roto el microondas , la televisión no funciona, comida en la nevera , roto la decoración, un sábado de 6 horas sin agua en el edificio. Antes de ir 20 días antes tengo a mi padre en cuidados paliativos y no quisieron cancelar la habitación, me ponían otras fechas o lo perdía , hicimos esfuerzo por ir y no perderlo Y la vergüenza de Put semana de olores de no utilizar el microondas. Tengo que decir que al día siguiente de queja intentaron arreglarlo, pero no teníamos ni TV NO LO RECOMIENDO ASCO DE SUMIDERO Y OLORES .... VERGONZOSO, PERO VERGONZOSO ELLOS SE QUEDAN EL DINERO Y TUS VACACIONES SUFRIDAS POR TENER ELLOS NEGOCIO Y QUEDARSE CON EL DINERO
