Avoid This Place – the Worst Experience ever

I paid the full amount at the time of booking, and there was no mention of any extra deposit. But on the morning I arrived — exhausted after a long night and early flight — I suddenly received a text demanding an unexpected £\€100 deposit. They refused to give me the keys until I paid and completed extra paperwork. It felt completely unfair and extremely stressful. The check-in was uncomfortable, the person was unfriendly, and the whole situation felt wrong from the start. In the end, the £/€100 was never returned, and when I tried to resolve it, I eventually got blocked. I strongly recommend avoiding this property and anything managed by this company ( UPMARKET).

Perfect for one/ would be cozy for a couple. Great value.

Great location near the station and right in the centre of town not far from the beach but not noisy either (although wasn't peak tourist season.) Lovely rooftops great for drying clothes, good washing machine. Basic cooking utensils and pans although no oven. Decent water pressure on shower. Clean throughout. Bed reasonably comfortable not amazing Air conditioning super effective and plenty of fresh air, no direct sunlight but there's plenty outside! 🌞

Small suggestions but a new frying pan would be nice and maybe a light folding chair to take upstairs. There are clothes pegs but not many washing lines on the roof so I borrowed a neighbour's drying rack. Also I'm a princess so more pillows would be nice 🙂

Disappointing stay because of misleading statements on Booking.com's website

Unfortunately the only positive point worth mentioning is the location of the appartment that is in the city center near to many bars, restaurants and shops, about 20 Minutes walk to the beaches.

1) We would never ever had chosen this place if we had known beforehand that there is absolutely NO POSSIBILITY to find any free parking space in the whole city center during high season. We drove around for more than 40 minutes at midnight and then decided to go to an official parking. This has cost us every night 21 Euro!! This is definitely unacceptable, especially for the reason that the Booking.com website talkes about "Free parking"! 2) The bathroom is very small and the shower is definitely too small for overweight people. Furthermore there is a lack of water pressure and therefore it's really not a joy having a shower in this bathroom.

Hola, estuvimos recientemente (11 noches/12 dias). 1) Lo mejor es el equipo de UpMarket , son los mejores, y lo digo por experiencia ( que te solucionan rápidamente,dentro de lo posible, cualquier inconveniente o problema) nos dejaron entrar antes del tiempo y salir más tarde, sin coste alguno. 2) La ubicación- Muy céntrico( supermercados, bares, ocio,estación de tren...). Está en un edificio antiguo,un poco descuidado por parte de la comunidad . 3) El estudio estaba limpio, con todas las cosas necesarias ( un pelín escaso de vasos), aire acondicionado, lavadora, nevera ,gel de baño, papel higiénico, bayeta, estropajo y lavavajillas. ( Sombrilla para la playa, tendal para la ropa.Un pequeño kit de bienvenida( unos caramelos y café con azúcar y edulcorante) 4) Si lo que buscas pasártelo bien sin mucho gasto para el bolsillo Lo recomiendo ,solo tiene un problema,es un cuarto alto y el ascensor solo funciono los últimos dos días.
