The apartment was as pictured, was decent size, had huge windows that open easily, had a nice view of the pool, the mountains, and several sports facilities nearby. There were 2 rows of light blocking shades. I used the washing machine several times and there was a nice big clothes rack for drying. The Bidet in the bathroom was nice. The kitchen was equip with all the things I needed. There was always someone on duty at the entry desk. There were 4 elevators that were quick. The Price was fantastic. 5 minute walk to the train. .75 miles to the beach. I walked to Torremolinos both along the beach walkway, and directly along the main road and it wasn’t too bad of a walk. The beach walkway is really nice, especially for jogging, and is lined with bars, restaurants, and shops. There is a store right near the building entrance, and a bar, but the bar was smokey and mostly older residents.The negatives - I was very bummed to find out that the Pool and hot tub were both closed, and don’t open until June. It was a big reason I chose this apartment. The hotels all had their pools open and were getting huge use since even at the end of March the weather was good.The wifi wasn’t good, my calls kept freezing, and I could only have my ipad or iphone on at a time, not both. It was also a pain to get the access to work.Big clog in the kitchen sink, it was leaking below, and the sink remained filled with water. Owner got the plumber there and he fixed the problem.
