This flat is really good! Francisco, the owner, is very attentive and is always available and making sure you have have everything you need and your stay goes as smooth as possible! The flat was very clean, with everything we needed. The small terrace is a big plus. We spend 9 nights in this flat and honestly we didn’t want to leave. The bed was very comfortable, and the couch as well! The location is great, super close to the supermarkets, a nice walk to the beach (your cardio will definitely be better after a week! ), and also a 10 minutes walk to Benalmadena- Arroyo de la Miel, where you can find restaurants and stores. We walked for the 10 days we stayed here. You will also find everything you need to cook! The neighbourhood is super nice, and you feel safe! Also the neighbours are all locals, who will always great you with a smile! Being myself someone who travels a lot and work in hospitality I always find something to say, but in Francisco flat there’s nothing to say!

Spacious clean apartment in a quiet location

The apartment was clean, spacious & had everything you would need to spend a week or two there. It is situated in a quiet location about 15/20 minutes walk down a hill to Benalmadena & about 10 minutes walk to the more traditional Arroyo de la Miel which is lovely. A 10 minute walk takes you to the railway station where you can explore further afield. Francisco communicated well & was available if help was needed. We would definitely stay here again.

This is an mediocre small apat. the location is a bit fra from the center of Benalmadena. Very much curly road to get to the apt. The neighborhood is not that nice

Recommended!

In a few words - everything's great! Located in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to shops/cafes, and it's only a short walk to the marina/central beaches. Public free parking is available in the closest area. The property itself is very neat and clean, all as described/shown in the photos. A lovely sunny patio is located immediately outside the terrace which is an advantage for any person/family who wishes to chill in the fresh air.

Location was quiet, but lovely. Not too far from some good shops and bars/restaurants. Kuros was the best place to eat. Stunning property inside, Francisco was amazing and so helpful.

Great little apartment 10 minutes walk to Puerta Marina and the beaches. Francisco was very welcoming on arrival to the apartment and offered assistance for anything else we might have needed during our stay.

Good location with a walk distance to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment was fully renovated recently. Host managed to accommodate us although our flight was terribly delayed and we arrived at 1am.

Missing air-con is an issue during hot nights in Malaga, cooling fan is not an adequate solution, too narrow bed. The area does not look safe and it is difficult to find a parking place on the street here.

Beautiful Apartment in a great location !

everything, the deco is beautiful I love the light that come through from windows & terrace. The location is is great only 10 minutes max walk to the lovely town Arroyo de la miel full of entertainment, bars & restaurants plus on Friday mornings you can go to the market. Also Francisco is really attentive. Definitely I will be back.

Francisco a great host and even let me stay later on check out day and drove me to the airport.

Location a little out of the centre and up the hill from the beach. 15 to 20 minute walk sorted both these issues, though the walk back up the hill from the beach took 5-10 mins longer. Host kept in touch on arrival date and met me at an arranged place to take me to the appartment (although it was nearly 10pm).

No toaster but toast could be grilled in the top part of the oven. Front door was a little "sticky" but Francisco came and helped when I did have an issue. Everything was fine and two doors on the ground floor helped with the flow of air (it was 42/43 degrees when I got there!)

Lovely break.

Fresh and clean deco with nice styling giving a homely feeling. Great location close to a good supermarket and a nice walk down to the beach and marina(15 minutes approx). Relaxing and felt very safe, we will definitely return.

Klidná lokalita s výhledem do zahrady a velmi slunná terasa orientovaná na jih. Velmi dobře řešený prostor - na malé ploše 2+1. Dostupnost jak k pláži, tak i do centra a k obchodu.

Už dosluhující vybavení v kuchyni, špatně odtékající odpad ve sprše a dopadající rámečky vypínačů osvětlení. S majitelem komunikováno a chystá vše nyní vyměnit a dokonce zrekonstruovat podlahy a další drobnosti, takže ubytování bude pak ještě hezčí.

Het was top! Wij hebben twee weken genoten van ons vakantie in Benalmádena/La Carhuela

Mooie en knusse appartement! Aparte slaapkamer en een slaapbank in de huiskamer Daarnaast was de host erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk! Mijn dochter had een spinnenbeet en de host was bereid om in de avond medicatie op te halen. Ook checkte hij bij ons als alles naar wens was.

De ligging was minder! Omdat het bovenaan in de berg ligt, echter als je naar beneden loopt ben je gelijk bij de haven van Benalmádena. Met taxi gingen wij elke dag naar ons accommodatie, wat ook vrij goedkoop was.

Sänky ei ollut hyvä ja patja ei sopinut meidän selälle. Ikkunoista ei nähnyt ulos ilman, että ne olivat auki. Pinnat olivat aika kuluneet. Säilytystilaa oli vähän ja ne oli tavaraa täynnä. Asunto oli vähän kaukana keskustasta.
