This bright and welcoming, ground floor apartment is in St Nicholas Place, Sheringham, with the war memorial and garden opposite, the Promenade, beach, The Esplanade and Norfolk Coastal path at the end of the road. and a 5-minute stroll to shops, cafes, and restaurants.Enter via the gate into the courtyard garden. Step up to patio doors opening into: Living Room: Comfortable sofa and armchairs. Smart TV and electric fire. Leading to Kitchen/diner: Dining table with 4 chairs. Electric hob and electric oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, washing machine and dining table with four chairs. Hallway with doors to Twin Bedroom: with 2 singles beds, hanging rail and emergency exit door. Double Bedroom: with double bed, wardrobe and Ensuite shower room: with shower cubicle, WC and washbasin. Family Bathroom: bath with shower over bath, WC and wash basin and feature porthole window.

Good location near to the beach ,no on site parking ? But ample free spaces on the street outside the property so no issues there.
Nice Garden to eat in whilst there if cooking, however there was a lack of kitchen pots and pans and utensils to be able to cook if you needed to.
Good to have a washer and a fridge freezer in situ
The futon / settee was not the most comfortable to sit on. The beds were very Comfortable though.
Would be happy to stay again if going back as it was an ideal location (please add a few more kitchen things though).
We did miss ?
A welcome hamper which would have been a nice touch when you first arrive so as not to go looking for milk, bread, biscuits etc.

1 Queens Cottage exceeded our expectations. Although a ground floor flat it was very private with it's own outdoor space. Two showers was a bonus! I felt at home straight away. The location right next to the esplanade was perfect and just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Unfortunately the weather was a little chilly/windy during our stay. A shame, as it would have been the perfect location for beach activities and swimming. Thanks very much for having us. Would love to stay again!
