About this house rental

An opulent detached house, with a pleasant mix of conserved history and modern furnishings. Boasting well-designed accommodation throughout, the house is perfectly located within a few minutes walk of the sea front and beach whilst all the local amenities of Sheringham are on your doorstep. Ground floor: Grand entrance hallway with doors leading to: Lounge: with TV and DVD player, bay window letting in lots of light. Dining room: with large table seating 6 and patio doors leading to courtyard garden. Kitchen: with gas hob and electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave with door leading to courtyard garden.
First floor: 1 double bedroom with a King size bed with a single bed which has an additional pull out bed, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom. Bathroom: with roll top bath and separate shower cubicle, WC and wash basin. Additional WC and washbasin.
Please note: Wi-fi. Please bring own bed linen and towels. Driveway parking. Regret no pets. We were able to eat outside all times of the day. Lovely outdoor furniture. Would highly recommend this property. Just for info for other guests if you are staying here. There are no t towels or bath mats. just one dishwasher tablet, no oven gloves and no anti slip bath mat . No welcome tea/coffee/milk. Just come prepared as it is self catering but just little things caught us out, as we have had these in other self catering cottages. Would still highly recommend the house! Great stay in Sheringham

We had a great 2 week holiday at Beulah House in September, helped by the good weather. The house is perfectly situated, close to the seafront and shops but in a very quiet road. The private parking is a real bonus in Sheringham. On arrival there was no toilet paper, or washing up liquid /dishwasher tablets at all provided, a first for us. The house was clean and well decorated, the lounge furniture very comfortable and the outside space well equipped with table and chairs. I would highly recommend Beulah House for a holiday.

Just returned from fabulous week in Sheringham staying at Beulah House. Excellent holiday home which excelled expectations. House was very clean and everything you could need was there. Off road parking was a great bonus. So handy for beach and town. Great fans of the steam railway. Will be returning.

This is our 2nd stay at Beulah House and again it did not disappoint. The house is very clean and spacious and had all the amenities that our family needed, including off street parking. It is within about 2 minutes walk to the sea front one way and then another 2 minutes the other way and you are in the town with all the shops that you would need. This is a lovely house and we enjoyed our stay.

The accommodation in Beulah House was perfect for our extended family of 6. The house was comfortably furnished and very clean. The position was a few minutes from the beach and the high street with easy parking for our two cars. Would highly recommend this property and we hope to visit again.

We were lucky to have been able to book a week in Sheringham staying at Beulah House. We had a fantastic week and we were also blessed with sunshine nearly every day The house is ideally placed , a few minutes walk and you reach the main street. We are only a family of 3 so there was ample room for us. The king size bed is very comfortable. All the rooms are of decent size. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to rebook in the future.

Our week in Sheringham was an absolute delight. We are a family of four (mum,dad, son of 21 and daughter of 19). Beulah House was the perfect accommodation - cosy and modern (good WiFi) in equal measure. It is situated a two minute walk from the sea and the quaint town with every type of pub and eating establishment imaginable. The sea was lovely to swim in but the top of the beach is very stoney so beach shoes are a must! The nearby beach of Holkham was amazing- wide,sandy and reached by a long boardwalk path through a pine forest!

Beulah is a lovely house and has everything one could ask for a holiday home. It is handy for the town and the beach, having a central location. This is the second time we have visited and it just feels like coming home. It is obviously a loved property.

We loved Beulah House, it is in an ideal position, the house is tastefully decorated and very comfortable, there was nothing negative to stay about this at all. We would definitely recommend it. One small point, for reasons of safety it may be a good idea to have a rubber mat for the bath and for the shower. We would definitely stay there again.

Beulah House was a perfect holiday home in Sheringham, 5 mins from the sea and the town, but at the same time completely peaceful at night so very relaxing. Cannot fault the facilities in the property: well equipped kitchen, comfy lounge, nice size bedrooms, lovely bathroom. First class stay.

Although I don't agree with the owner's description of the house as 'opulent' it is very comfortable. It's very close to the beach so you can quickly pop back to go things. It would have been nice for tea towels to have been provided as we didn't think to bring our own.

Everything about this holiday rental is top notch, from the lovely spacious bathroom to the well equipped TV and DVD setup with high quality kit for a home cinema feel. There was plenty of space throughout and a well equipped kitchen, and space at the side of the property to park, which most houses in the area didn't have. The town is also well worth the trip to Norfolk with good beaches, good pubs and some really, really good restaurants. We're very likely to go back.

Having arrived on the Saturday of the 1940's weekend, we where glad we had booked this accommodation with it's own off road drive, as the surroundings streets where fully occupied. Beulah house is a well equipped, spacious and light accommodation. Having been to Sheringham over the last few years, this has been the best property so far. We loved it so much , that we have already booked again for next year.
