I liked the private car parking, with a generous sized bay. The location was quiet and peaceful. The proximity to the beach and town centre perfect. It was possible to walk to the beach with bags and beach shoes. The property was spacious and very clean. It was easy to connect to the Wi-Fi which was a blessing as the mobile network (3) reception was very poor all around Sheringham. We didn't cook in the property but found the kitchen to be well equipped.
There were many reed diffusers in the property, at least 1 in every room. I found this triggered my allergies and they had to be gathered up and placed in a cupboard until the end of our stay. I found the extraction fan wasn't working in the first bathroom, it was difficult to air out, especially after showering. A small gripe would be the dressing table and chair in the second bedroom, the chair wasn't too stable. The small clothes rail in single room fell over as soon as any clothes were placed on it.

Great communication with before we arrived. Very accommodating with bike storage. Very clean and tidy. Close to beach.
