This modern 3 bedroom house offers great views of the historic North Norfolk Railway along which the steam trains pass regularly. Boasting an open plan ground floor with patio doors opening onto the enclosed garden. Conveniently located close to the shops, cafes and Sheringham Golf Course. So whether you are planning to take it easy or want to enjoy a variety of outdoor activities this is the perfect location for you.Enter via the path from the parking space. Step up to patio doors opening into Conservatory with downstairs WC leading to: Open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room. Kitchen: with electric hob and electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, Nespresso Coffee Machine (please bring own pods). Dining table with 6 chairs. Living Area: Comfortable sofa, armchairs. Smart TV, electric fire. Door leading to front door and stair case. Second time of staying in this property. Location is walking distance to the town is so near to all amenities and local attractions. Also easy to get around the rest of North Norfolk. There is Tesco and Sainsbury’s to do a little shop if you want and also bars and restaurants in Sheringham. When we got there, there was a welcome basket of bread, butter cereals all the essentials that you need for when you first arrive would definitely recommend to anybody with a family or a couple who wants a break.

This well equipped property is in a great location for Sheringham and Norfolk. Easy access and parking. Comfortable beds and great quality bedding. We knew it didn't have a shower but with a slippy bath and difficult to use shower controls, this let the property down. Could easily have a shower in the downstairs toilet, like similar properties on street. I would recommend staying here.

When you first walk into holiday home it looks and feels very welcoming, such thoughtful people own this place. They leave a welcome pack, such a lovely thing to do. Everywhere was spotless and clean. We felt well and truly spoilt. As it is now coming up to summer, it would have been nice to have had thicker bedroom curtains, only because I am a bad sleeper!!

We found this house to be just perfect for us. We enjoyed being so close to both the town and station. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well kitted out for a self catering holiday. Nice to have linens and towels (so soft!) provided. It was very comfortable throughout. Parking close by was also a plus. Super little welcome basket of goodies greeted us.....with Marmite too .

We always feel at home at this house. It is lovely and clean and the owner always provides us with essential goodies, which is so kind. The furniture is lovely and comfortable, as is the bed. It is also tastefully decorated. All in all, very good.

the holiday home is situated perfectly for a short stroll into Sheringham and even closer to the bus and train stations should you wish to explore the area without the stress of driving. The house was warm and clean and felt welcoming. We particularly enjoyed the very generous welcome hamper. The bedrooms at the rear of the home looks out directly onto the steam railway. We loved spending time watching all the prep work going on in readiness for the Summer season opening. The kitchen was generously stocked with utensils and crockery should you wish to cook meals but the town offers some wonderful places to eat at very reasonable prices. We supported the smaller independent restaurants and bistros for our main meal of the day. The linens supplied were very good quality too. Access to the rear of the property was easy and directly from the car parking space. There were abundant tourist information leaflets in the dresser drawer along with puzzles and games to entertain all ages .

18 Marriotts Way....roomy, modern and perfect for a grandson that loves trains. Booked again for next year already! 2 yr old grandson enjoyed looking out his bedroom window in the mornings waiting for the trains 'to wake up'. We usually book nearer the sea front but a short walk to front. It does face a main road but not too busy. House ticked all our particular boxes as a family.

This is our second stay at No 18 and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. even though the weather wasn't great, we still had a wonderful time and the property provided a comfortable retreat for us to stay in if we couldn't venture out. Everything is provided and the standard and level of cleanliness is superb. Lovely welcome pack to arrive to along with fresh flowers on the table. The beds and furniture were comfortable, which was good for my dodgy back. Only a couple of minor comments. The first floors and stairs are very creaky, but nothing a few screws wouldn't sort. It would also be useful to have a washing up bowl and draining board in the kitchen. Noise from road early in morning woke us up every day. Will certainly book again.

Clean, welcoming, spacious and fantastic location. We would have definitely benefitted from a washing machine, but we were thankful for the dishwasher. New towels were left for us, which were nice but left us all with navy blue fluff everywhere! Lovely simple decor, comfy beds and ample storage space. We had a lovely few days away. The house was clean and fresh, it felt like everything was new. We were slightly concerned that the railway or busy road might be noisy but they weren't at all. Only negative was that we are a ‘shoes off in the house family’ and while the hard floors looked very clean, we did get slightly grubby socks.

The location is absolutely brilliant! You’re two doors away from the train station and a few minutes walk from the centre! Anyone wanting to stay for a few days should give this place a go! We noticed a couple of small things during our stay such as a dirty sink, cups and surfaces and hard pillows and mattresses but that’s a small point in the grand scheme of things that can easily be looked over! The house itself has a modern but tasteful layout and theme with all the utilities you’d require for your stay, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay whilst visiting! Hoping to visit again in the future and make some more memories! Thank you!

Kitchen really well equipped, missing a dishwasher, who wants to wash up on holiday? Clean modern house, stairs needed hoovering and edges too and cobwebs existed in all rooms. It had only been surfaced cleaned not deep cleaned. Good large quality bath towels. Garden needs plants or pots as very bland and stones need adding over membrane which is currently sticking up dangerously and a trip hazard. Nice rattan furniture to sit out in when sun eventually appeared! Lovely views of steam trains. Good location 5 min walk to town including Tesco

We have been visiting Sheringham for over thirty years and have stayed in hotels (before they all closed), guest houses and self catering properties. In many ways 18 Marriots Way is the best accommodation we have had. Despite seeing the description and photographs of the property before we booked it, upon arrival we felt that these did not do justice to the house which exceeded our expectations. The location is convenient for all the facilities in the town and it was a delight to be able to watch the locomotives and trains coming and going to and from the station from the garden. All the furniture and furnishings were comfortable and in excellent condition. Our whole family enjoyed their stay at the property and would like to return some time in the future.

I recently took my elderly mother away for the week at Sheringham where we had a really nice break. The property was Exceptional, it backed onto the Poppyline steam railway which was great watching the day to day running of the steam train. The property was close to all the amenities and couldn't ask for a better property, the Only two drawbacks were the Steep staircase which was hard going even for a fitness guy like me and the Main Disappointment was the Misleading address which we thought was a cul*de*sac quiet location as we have at home But when we arrived found the property was on the Main road which was noisey both day and night so the address was for the back door entrance which was down a little winding path at the back of the properties ( not good for trecking with luggage and groceries ) which you entered through the patio doors. The property was amazing with everything you could ask for and more, and the food/goody bag hamper/ groceries was a really nice icing on the cake. The entire break was exceptional, the property and location to the amenities the same, the luxuries of the property were outstanding, we only wished it was not on the Main noisey road.

The house in Marriotts Way was superb! From location to the last teaspoon, this house had everything! It was so clean, fresh and modern with every comfort you would wish. We will definitely stay there again. Having a view of the town’s steam train station was an added bonus! Sheringham really is a little gem in Norfolk.
