Great location and views, charming well appointed apartment but snags for the less agile.

Charming apartment, excellent location close to station and town centre. Well appointed with thoughtful touches. Balcony with great view over the bay and the Mount.

Bed only accessible from one side due to low ceilings and minimal headroom, problematic for the less agile. Long staircase to bathroom. Low roof beams throughout. Owners full description doesn’t show automatically on some devices; click on ‘Managed by Hayley and Tom’.

Comfortable well located

Location was good and within walking distance to most things in Penzance. It was clean, warm and comfortable. Washing machine was a bonus for clothes after hiking. Nice shower. Bed very soft may not suit everyone.

Parking was in the long stay which was £16 for the week which was good value but a pain to go grab the car every time we went out. It was about the convenience but not the end of world. Anyone tall should probably avoid as we had a few head bumps but were advised of this. It’s a loft so 3 flights of stairs also. There wasn’t anywhere to store food after we went on a food shop but I’m guessing most people would eat out.oven wasn’t very clean.

Cozy, airy apartment with great views at a great location in Penzance!

Just a short walk from the train station, we walked into the apartment and had our first look at the amazing views from the balcony! Wow! This place was decorated nautically, was comfortable, and had everything we needed. During some bad weather, it was a great place to hang out. It became our home away from home. We loved staying here!

It didn’t bother us, but people should be made aware that there are two steep staircases to get up to the apartment. Then when you are in, the bathroom is on the lower floor and the rest of the apartment is up another set of stairs. Also, we didn’t figure out the washing machine and it was a bit rough on our clothes.

Fabulous stay with views!

Loved that it was so close to the bus and train station as well as restaurants and shopping. Also loved being up on the top floor with great views. People mentioned that there were a lot of stairs to get into the apartment and the ceilings were slanted. We didn’t find that to be a problem at all. The only thing was the bathroom was on the floor below so in the night you have to go down a flight of stairs. With with the hall lights on it was fine. Lots of windows made the place very light and airy. Haley and Tom were very responsive to our queries. All in all, I would highly recommend staying in this property.

🤔 Parking difficult, steep & in some spots low loft ceilings - difficult to get into farside of bed left in bedroom, need to duck if using right side of bedroom, need to duck getting to kitchen & farside of dining table, toilet & shower downstairs, there are 50 steps from ground floor door into apartment building to top floor of apartment.

Great apartment, quiet but close to the centre of Penzance. Truly stunning views from the balcony.

The apartment was excellent, comfortable and very well equipped (although we didn't use the cooking facilities and can't therefore comment on them). The balcony was an enormous asset and views across Mounts Bay to St Michael's Mount were truly stunning. We couldn't have faulted the description of the flat.

The lack of parking was a slight problem but we knew this would be so and the hosts gave us helpful suggestions for parking. We ended up parking in the main car park by the harbour (free parking overnight) and moving the car to free on street parking just before 9.00 a.m. (not always easy to find, but we managed). We ended up with free parking for the whole of our stay! As much of the flat is in the eaves of the building, guests have to bend double in much of the apartment to avoid the beams (either a bad back or a sore head - take your choice!) This does, however, give the apartment character. Stairs to the top floor keep you fit.

Die Wohnung war sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Von der großen Dachterrasse hatte man eine spektakuläre Aussicht über die Bucht und auf St. Michael. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat dank Schlüsseltresor sehr gut funktioniert.

Het is een licht appartement met een dakterras. Genoeg keukenspullen, zorgvuldig ingericht.

Het appartement zit op zolder en alle wanden zijn schuin. In de slaapkamer moet je veel bukken. Niet geschikt voor lange mensen. Tussen de Stunning Views op de baai zit nog wel een parkeerterrein.

Besvärligt med lågt snedtak i kök men framförallt i sovrummet. Toan en trappa ner inte optimalt.
