First impressions last a front door disgusting Lobby and stairs needs a good clean and painting The location was rather noisy No toilet roll holder The stairs (but I did know it was first floor) View out of the bedroom Shower slippy could do with a mat and water spills out into towel / floor A new set of cutlery and knives needed. No scissors

Apartment is not far from the railway station and bus terminal. Some bus stops, restaurants and bakeries are also nearby. Bed is comfortable, shower has good water pressure with hot water and hosts responded to queries and our needs. Good WiFi connection has Netflix. We stayed 5 nights, so the washing machine with dryer were useful.
Need to get own laundry detergent for washing machine use because it is not provided. Penzance itself is hilly and has many slopes. There are escalators and lift at Wharfside Shopping Centre for a short cut between Market Jew Street and Wharf Road.
