Excellent comfy central convenient Clean and beautiful views…

The property is right in the centre of penance there is parking outside the front and parking to the side of the property next to the exchange. The apartment is warm Clean and the bed is amazingly comfy. The apartment has everything that you need and jazzy the owner is there if you have any problems. Just what I needed and I forgot the view is amazing. You can see the sea from the lounge. I will be staying again. Thank you, jazzy.

Lovely smal and cozy apartment for a weekend getaway

It’s well located and it’s cute.

The room is small and doesn’t have any space to store luggage/ clothes. There’s a rail rack to hang items up. But we ended up keeping our suitcases with our stuff in the living room/ kitchen area

Amazing location in the centre of Penzance. Perfect for a couples stay and to sample the pubs and cafes of Penzance.

You’ll have to park a couple of streets away as there is no immediate parking. Kitchen is small so don’t plan to make a big roast for lots of people.

Great location

The location was fantastic as we didn't have a car. You can walk to the bus, train, and ferry which is great. And you can walk all over town. The hosts left milk for teas and coffees which was nice. We could have used a second set of towels for a 4 night stay.

No laundry machine which I ought to have checked.

All good except the Wi-Fi

It’s within walking distance of the train station, though you’ll need to tackle a short uphill and downhill stretch on the way. Cafe, restaurants, and supermarkets are nearby. Super！

The Wi-Fi is unstable. When it does connect, the speed is actually fast, but it drops out again after only a short while.

Great apartment, in a great location with a great view. Everything I needed was there. Very clean.

Quite a bit of noise from upstairs, though understandable in an old building. Nowhere to put your suitcase in bedroom, bed took up most of the room. No mirrors except small one in bathroom.

Good base for a west Cornwall stay

Good central Penzance location and view of St Michael’s Mount. The mattress is very comfortable. Decent sized TV. Good kitchen for self-catering

All of the Living room furniture is a bit ropey. The sofa is not comfortable and the cushions could do with replacing. The stairway up to the flat is very musty smelling (inside the flat is fine).

The property is on an attractive street with cute independent shops. The town centre location was good, near the shops, and within easy reach of the sea, railway and buses. We arrived on a cold, rainy day and the heating warmed the apartment up for us. It was nice and clean.

The photos explaining how to enter the property didn't open on the app, but the host answered the phone instantly and we opened the door within a few minutes. The bedroom could do with reading lights by the bed.

Comfortable, convenient, good value!

Very comfortable, extra large bed. Very stable base and comfy mattress. It's a pretty tight fit in the small bedroom, but right choice to go for larger bed. Very helpful, responsive owners. There are really powerful radiators, which made the space very cozy, quickly (needed on a cold night in early April) Can heat living room but keep bedroom cool.

You need to be organised with the (slightly complicated) door instructions and Wifi code, but they work absolutely perfectly - you have everything - so have faith!

A comfortable stay and I would return.

Centre of town location, 5mins to the promenade and Morrab Gardens. Easy to access. Very clean. Bed was comfy, good shower. Dog friendly.

Bedroom could do with more storage; shelf or small chest of drawers to put clothes in. I appreciate its a tight space but perhaps a smaller hanging rail would give space.

Perfecte ligging en goede prijs kwaliteit !

Perfecte ligging in Chapel street en op 10min. wandelen van het trein en busstation. Leuke winkel, pubs, supermarkten, take away en resto in de straat. Apt is perfect voor 2 pers. Het grote bed is heel comfortabel. Douche is ook heel goed. In de kleine keuken alles wat je zou nodig hebben. Communicatie vooraf, ook de info over de deurcode, verliep heel goed. Check out wel al om 10u wat voor ons geen probleem was. Resto tip bij 45 Queen Steet schuinover. Heerlijk en heel betaalbaar. Vanuit Penzance kan je heel veel dagtrips maken, ga zeker ook naar Scilly Islands !

Te weinig stopcontacten . Op de fotos ziet alles er ruimer uit. Maar voor 2 zeker groot genoeg.

Mieszkanie nie jest jakoś wyjątkowo przytulne, trudno poczuć się w nim jak u siebie.. Więcej klimatu mają już hotele, a to w domu powinniśmy czuć się dobrze. Brakuje tam dobrej organizacji, jakiegoś dywanu obrazów dobrego stolika kawowego, różnych lampek i innych rodzajów świateł niż tylko centralne, może jakiś kwiatów doniczkowych, więcej dbałości o szczegóły i odpowiedniego ułożenia... Wszystko jest tak na szybko i żeby już było. Nie wróciłbym tam drugi raz

Tolle Ferienwohnung im Herzen von penzance!

Top Lage, es war sehr sauber, Check In hat hervorragend geklappt. Vor Ort fanden wir alles was wir brauchten inklusive Kaffee pads, Milch und Cornish Shortbread! Es war alles wirklich toll! Die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer etwas verdeckt aber toll. Ruhige Lage und dennoch sehr zentral. Das Bett äußerst bequem.

Wir haben wirklich wenig zu beklagen jedoch ein entscheidender Punkt war, dass sich die Heizung nicht aufdrehen ließ. Es war aushaltbar jedoch haben wir nachts doch etwas gefroren. Ich kann verstehen wenn aus Kosten Gründen ab einem gewissen Datum die Heizungen abgestellt werden, jedoch halte ich Ende Februar dafür noch nicht für passend. Ein Hinweis dahingehend wäre nett gewesen oder die Möglichkeit einer extra Decke. Wie gesagt es war dank der moderaten Temperaturen aushaltbar jedoch doch etwas frisch.
