Excellent location, snug, secure, hidden, beautiful and excellent value for money.

The whole vibe of the place was beautiful! I loved all of the decor, all of the little touches were noticed and very well thought out. The fact the hosts even put some basic cooking things like oil and salt and milk was just so thoughtful and really made this stay stand out from every other place i've ever stayed at. My daughter loved the 'towel bears' so much she carried one into the living-room and sat it next to her to watch Netflix in the morning of the first day! and the towels! so fluffy! I Loved that it was hidden away, but on quite an active street, like a secret door. My daughter loved that there was a busker across the road for a while on one of the days.

There isn't anything I would say that i didn't like. I would go as far as to say, if I purchased somewhere close to the seaside for a holiday home, that would be exactly how I would want mine to be! The only thing we did was bring a blackout blind and thats only because we have one at home on both our bedroom windows and cannot sleep properly with any light coming through the windows.

Well equipped and tastefully renovated property, very comfortable and warm on cold nights.

We were aware that the central location meant there was no adjacent parking so accepted this limitation of carrying luggage to and from public car park.

The flat was very nicely furnished and clean, there were also some biscuits on arrival which was a really nice touch! Very well located, would definitely stay again.

The bathroom has a shorter than normal door which caused my tall husband some issues!

Fantastic top-floor one-bed flat in pedestrianised area of Penzance. Beautifully decorated and furnished (looks even better in person than in the photos!), very well equipped with everything you could need for a short or longer stay. Front room (living/dining/kitchen combined) looks over Causewayhead, bedroom/bathroom is to the rear and looks over backs of other houses - so very, very quiet, no traffic noise at all. Easy walk to seafront and to lots of shops and restaurants/cafes. Walkable from the train station. Hosts easy to contact and responded quickly.

Good central location. Hosts provided helpful advice. Complimentary milk, biscuits and chocolate was a nice touch.

Parking wasn’t an issue for us but may be at busy times especially if need parking during the day as need to pay in short term car park nearby. Church bells ringing in the middle of the night! Some street noise.

Perfect and would recommend

The whole flat was perfect and spotlessly clean. I was very impressed. Bed also super comfy! Facilities overall were fantastic and I enjoyed staying here.

A few minor things - could have done with a few written instructions on how to operate heating, cooker and WIFI access. As a lone female on a business trip, returning late at night, I also felt it was a little too far for me to walk from the car park in the dark, albeit in the centre of town. This would perhaps sway my decision to return here if I was alone again in Penzance on business. I would however definitely return again if I was on holiday with my partner.

Exactly what I was looking for!

This is a beautiful flat - new and stylishly decorated/ furnished, well-stocked (in terms of kitchen equipment), spacious and extremely comfortable, with a lot of natural light and very cosy and relaxing atmosphere. Perfectly located in the heart of town, so very convenient for shopping, but only a stone's throw from the sea. Great base to explore from and lovely to come back to in the evenings. Being the top floor means no disturbance from anyone above, which was great.

Die Kaffeemaschine war ein spezielles Modell von Nespresso, deren Kapseln wir leider nirgends kaufen konnten. Zwar war ein kleiner Vorrat vorhanden, der war nur leider koffeinfrei und wir hätten gern eigenen Nachschub besorgt :)
