Perfectly located Penzance apartment

The apartment was beautiful with a lovely terrace facing a very tropical feel garden. Perfectly located and within a 10-15 mins walk from the local vineyard, harbour, town centre (local gin cocktail bars) and easy access to busses direct to Lands end and other locations. We really enjoyed our time in the apartment which was cosy and self contained.

Comfortable and enjoyable stay

Great location, very accessible and we really enjoyed the balcony. Everything was super easy and intuitive.

Toilet flush needs fixing - it wasn’t unusable but it was hard to get working consistently.

Great 3 night break.

Fabulous apartment…exceptionally comfortable, clean, light and airy…in a great location. Received useful and friendly messages up to arrival and upon leaving the property. Was offered the chance to extend our stay by a couple of days as the apartment was available…sadly we were unable to take up that offer. Folder within the apartment containing all the info you may find useful. WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. VERY HAPPY GUESTS 😀

Fantastic and great value for money

The facilities were perfect. Very roomy. Great quiet location and proximity to the main streets in town and restaurants. 7 minute walk through the local park to all restaurants. Host was available as required. The Cornlwall cream tea on arrival was a nice touch. Would definitely recoommend to anyone wanting a few days in Penzance.

Great place for a holiday and a honeymoon.

This flat was the best ever self-catering place we have ever stayed in. Although we ate out the whole stay the large kitchen seemed very well provided. There was so much room throughout. An extremely comfortable bed, plenty of storage room, large bathroom, and a large sitting room/dining room area, everything tidy and clean. A short leisurely walk through the next door park (lovely café there) to local shops and a bit further downhill to bus and train stations though buses westwards nearer. Sam looked after us so well too. We got married after a couple of days and so spent our honeymoon there, could not have chosen better! We were really sad to leave. Have never rated an accommodation so high.

A beautiful apartment that felt like home. The host was great and very helpful

We stayed over Christmas and cooked a full Christmas lunch in the apartment. We particularly appreciated the extra touches such as Christmas stockings with chocolates in them, crackers, Christmas decorations and mince pies. The balcony looked delightful, even in December. It didn't feel like a rental - more like a home from home

The garden and patio area was lovely and relaxing with the stream running through. Also the location next to the lovely park was great.there was an event on when we stayed and it was great to sit in the garden and listen to them rehersing a sea shanty at breakfast .short walk though the park to town which was great.
