Absolutely brilliant apart from the weather but that wasn’t Jayne’s fault 😁

We loved our stay in this apartment. It was so cosy and beautifully styled so we felt right at home. The bedroom was huge and delightful to look at and the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was compact and had everything we needed to cater for ourselves including a washing machine which I desperately needed to use! The bathroom is probably not the most conventional shape or size but hey, as long as you can do what you need to do then it’s perfectly fine. We stayed during a pretty wet and cold couple of days but there was plenty of heating and we had no problem parking in the street, such a bonus when you realise how difficult it is to park in Cornish towns. We walked in like drowned rats and there were scones with jam and cream waiting for us, just wonderful. There is a Lidl supermarket around the corner which had everything we needed and more 😊

Great accomodation, great location and very convenient.

The accomodation was very clean, beautifully decorated and fully equiped for our needs. There was a supermarket a 5 minute walk away, so we could purchase food and prepare it in the little kitchen that had an oven, microwave and sink. There is even a front loader washing machine and drying rack if you need it. It is very close to the beach and a short walk into the town. We would love to stay here again in future.

On street parking, but we were able to get a close park.

It was a beautiful apartment with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The terrace garden out front was lively. Jayne was exception and very accommodating. Great Location!

We had a lovely two days, many thanks to a comfortable nights sleep

We arrived to a warm and inviting well equipped property it was exactly as advertised.The host Jayne thoughtfully left a cream tea, unlucky I suffer from gluten and dairy allergies 😬 We were able to prepare delicious local seafood 🦞 ♥️ from nearby Newlyn. The property was well appointed close to shops the sea and town we would stay again ♥️

Absolute scam. Never recommended to stay at this property

The host was terrible. Extremely rude. They even interfere in between your stay. We were in bed when she showed up in our living room unannounced. No privacy as the host will not even allow you to spend time the way you want in the flat. The flat was in a decent condition and still she shouted at us “get out now” when we were in bed. The flat was freezing cold and the heating was not working at all. When we asked for the heating, we were told that we are not allowed to have heating even in this freezy weather.

lovely flat, but very bad communication about how to get in

The flat was lovely, well supplied with necessities, and had a nice little patio to sit in the sun. Very nice taste in all the furnishings.

Communication ahead from Booking.com was TERRIBLE! Although the host said she sent a long email with the exact address (not the vague “Old Club” which took me to the wrong gate with a confusing keypad, I checked my spam folder and others, and the first time I got tat email was 6:20 the night of my stay, after I had been trying to get in withe the wrong code for an hour. The code in a previous communication from Booking.com was confimed by the host that morning at 9:20, but She then sent the corrected keycode only after I called her. Extremely stressful,especially because it was difficult reaching her with my American phone.

Would recommend for a couple wishing for a quiet apartment close to all amenities.

Clean, well equipped apartment very close to the seafront and supermarket. Very well situated, just a ten minute walk to the centre of town, harbour, bus/train stations, shops, parks, pubs and restaurants. Well placed to visit the surrounding towns and enjoy coastal walks.

A lovely decorated apartment close to all attractions of Penzance. It had everything you needed for a short or long stay. Close to a large supermarket.

Not always easy to find a park. Mattress on the bed could have been better.

Perfect little hideaway

Beautiful little place just a minute away from the promenade. Jayne very helpful with thoughtful messages. The flat has a nice spacious bedroom, a comfortable living room and a kitchen with everything you need. What was also lovely was there was a small area where you could sit outside with a coffee and enjoy the last of the evening warmt.

That we couldn’t stay there for a little longer ☺️

Perfect place to stay for visiting Penzance

Lovely apartment with high ceilings and period features. We loved the spacious bedroom which stayed cool despite the warm weather. The kitchen was very well equipped and we cooked evening meals. We liked being able to eat outside and keep our bikes on the terrace behind a gate which could be locked. Communication with the owner was very good.

I always love to visit Penzance and the apartment was in an ideal location.

The living room, bedroom and kitchen were all very clean, well furnished, well equipped and comfortable. Bedding, furnishings and kitchen items were all excellent quality, and it was lovely to have milk (which sadly I didn't need as I'd bought my own), and other basics provided. The location was excellent and parking was easy.

Access to the keys wasn't easy and there was a very large step from pavement to flat entrance - I think this ought to be mentioned in case of mobility problems. The bathroom, though perfectly clean, wasn't a place to linger in. I was disappointed that the only outlook from the living room was through the door.
