Communication with the owner was very clear and helpful with directions and entry access. Very good information available for local sights and bus routes. The apartment was located at the rear of the building in a quiet location next to a street with a good selection of shops for food and snacks. The overall presentation and cleanliness of the apartment was very well specified and very clean. Would definitely stay again

Comfy home in the heart of Penzance

Pristine home with comfy beds and well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of shops and cafes around, not far from the promenade by the sea. We stayed for a week in August and it was lovely!

Perfectly located warm home for small family

Central location which was 10 minute walk to train and bus stations, safe residential area, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Great attention to detail, comfortably set up rooms, basic kitchen essentials provided, extra blankets, good use of space. Responsive host, information about appliances, area well laid out in a booklet. Felt like a second home and a warm place to get back to after a hectic day out.

Wifi didn’t work very well throughout our stay though how did try to sort it out. Shower cubicle is quite small and for a big built person like me was difficult to move around. But these r small issues in an otherwise lovely apartment.

Modern apartment with everything you might need for a stay be it a weekend or longer .situated in the heart of the town within 5min walk of local train and bus depots (buses go everywhere just take a while)

The apartment was very clean and cozy. It felt very homey and warm with the sunlight shining throughout the place and the sound of the seagulls throughout the day. The property is in a great area, minutes away from cafes, restaurants, the beach, and very close to the railway station and bus terminals.

Nice clean flat with all you need for a comfortable stay in a handy location

A clean and modern little flat that was in a very good location for visiting sights in the area. Nice little touches of leaving milk in the fridge and some biscuits and tea to welcome us.

Not the owner's fault but the flats are very badly soundproofed and the upstairs neighbours were stomping around until 2am for two consecutive nights which made it impossible to sleep.

The location was central and everything was within walking distance. The decor was tastefully done. The kitchen was fully equipped and user-friendly. The bedrooms were adequately sized and comfortable.

I did not appreciate booking.com not being clear about what the access code for the lock box was. I received information from booking.com that included a booking reference number along with a 4 digit pin code, which I naturally assumed was the lock box code. It turned out it was not the lock box code. That came in an email after I had started my journey, so it wasn't seen until after arrival. Booking.com must send this information earlier as not everyone has access to a device connected to the internet and private email accounts, whilst traveling.

Excellent apartment

Excellent location, very clean and cosy apartment. Car parks and free street parking close by. Was perfect for the weekend trip. Great communication from the host and the extra touch of tea/coffee and biscuits on arrival was just lovely, thank you so much. Would definitely stay again and can highly recommend.

Nice spacious and comfortable apartment. Lovely & clean. Good location...easy to walk everywhere. Shopping and supermarkets nearby. Easy to heat. Really nice view out the window.

Not really the apartments fault but the entry foyer downstairs is really smelly. It seems to be because the pub/pizza joint on the ground floor leave their wet mops & cleaning gear there and makes the place smell of mildew. They also leave their back door propped open in the evening making the apartments less secure.

Beautiful comfortable compact property hosted by a really helpful lady.

Beautifully presented throughout - really stylish and carefully decorated to make use of the space. There was even a dish washer. Shower was excellent; bed was super comfortable; mirrors, lightning etc all perfect. Would love to return here. Carolyn the host was so friendly and helpful and quick to respond whenever we emailed.

It is a tricky location to stop at as the entrance is in a pedestrianised only street - though you can drive along it to unload, it does feel like you are somewhere you shouldn't be in a car.

AMAZING 2 BEDROOMS APARTMENT IN PENZANCE !

The check-in instructions for this apartment were extremely easy -- only needed a couple of codes. The apartment was very close to train station, amongst other sites, a Tesco market, coop and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and had the general necessities -- bathrooms were clean with updated shower fixtures (very good water pressure) and the kitchen relatively medium with the essentials, including a microawe and tea kettle. The living room, while small was fine for it's purpose (tv, small couch, couple chairs) especially as I wasn't hanging out in the apartment for a long while. It was also very nice upon arrival to see a small welcome basket of milk, biscuits from cornwall. The owner ms. Carolyn Warren was very kind and helped me quickly when I had a little problem, answering the phone very quickly and giving me all the assistance! I recommend this apartment to everyone, I'll be back soon!

Carolyn ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin! Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und funktional eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber! Es war alles Notwendige vorhanden, insbesondere in der Küche! Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen, zum Bahnhof und zum Busbahnhof sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Von dort aus kann man z.B. Ausflüge nach Truro, St. Ives, Land‘s End, Porthcurno … machen.
