Modern studios Malvern Road

Flat was small but they upgrade me for free

The location of Malvern Road Studios was superb. Well connected with Bus, underground. Area was also calm and quiet. There was privacy. The property was close to shops, supermarket.

The problem was this was unmanned properly. There was no one to look into your problem. We got good response over email and phone from the Agency. But there was no one to address the problem at that location. Like we had asked for table fan since it was very hot and the ventilation was not proper. My wife has asthma and she had health problem due to this. Also about one issue i have spoken to you which I don't want to mention here . Our expectation was that some action should have been taken. This being unmanned properly difficult to get resolution.... I

The location was great, close to the underground station but still in the nice quiet area. We enjoyed the bed in the attic. There was free WiFi, the iron, the hairdryer and a kitchenette with all the basic things. The water in the shower was hot.

The carpet is really old and full of stains as are the walls. So even the room was clean it gave the impression of being not so nice.

Great spot near the subway

Fridge was not really cold, sink leaky and shower drain didn’t drain properly. Some domestics with other neighbours woke me up early hours of the morning
